The bed sheets were really dirty it was like someone had just fake tanned and then jumped into the bed and didn’t wash the sheets, the water stopped working twice at 10 each morning so we wasn’t able to shower properly

Pros:

Good location and rooms are nice and big. You can also book everything at the hostel. Pool looked nice.

Cons:

Every single person in this hostel got a stomach bug and you could hear people vomiting all the time. Reception got annoyed with us for cancelling our day trip even though we still paid. Did seem like the whole town was getting ill but this hostel seemed the worst for it.

Pros:

Le personnel très sympa qui m'a même accompagné pour m'acheter un nouveau téléphone suite à un problème d'eau.

Petits déjeuners avec choix.
Distributeur d'eau, billards, piscine.
Lockers petits uniquement pour les objets précieux.

Cons:

Tout s'est bien passé sauf la dernière nuit où un groupe a fait du bruit jusqu'à 3 h du matin en sachant que notre chambre est celle donnant sur les communs.
Eau très chaude le soir avant d'autres personnes se sont plaints qu'ils n'avaient pas d'eau chaude.
Je recommande quand même car pour avoir fait le tour des auberges et la peur de punaises de lit à Vang Vieng, nous n'avons rien eu.

Très chiant les objets qui tombent en bas si vous êtes sur lits superposés, mais bon c'est partout pareil ?

Good value with a nice breakfast for a short stay!
Pros:

They served a really nice breakfast daily which was appreciated however the staff never smile…there is one really friendly guy at the desk, wish I remembered his name!
They have a large pool with lots of loungers however they are made of wood and have no cushions so not comfortable.
The location is great, right in the middle of town and you hear no noise!
Inexpensive and excellent value for sure!

Cons:

Overall this property has such great potential… the pool needs better cleaning, the decking around the pool is mud cracked, there is a refrigerator for guests but it’s nasty and needs a major cleaning!
Overall the place needs a deep clean, and the staff need to smile with these changes it’s a winner!

J’ai réservé au vu de la note globale très bonne mais j’aurais dû lire les derniers commentaires/les commentaires Google.

Les douches/toilettes ainsi que l’hostel de manière générale étaient sales. Il est fourni pour dormir une petite couverture qui n’est clairement pas lavée entre les clients… et les draps étaient tachés. Il y avait même du riz dans mon casier/coffre.

L’hostel a une porte grande ouverte sur la rue 24/24 avec personne à la réception pendant la nuit, et les chambres ne ferment pas à clé… je n’ai pas trouvé ça très rassurant.

Les lits ne sont pas fonctionnels. Il est difficile de monter dans le lit du haut, et les barres soutenant les rideaux tombent facilement car certaines ne sont pas fixées.

Le personnel est désagréable.

L’eau se coupait plusieurs fois par jour pour environ 30 minutes à chaque fois, peut être que c’est la même chose dans les autres hostels de la ville mais c’était la première fois que j’expérimentais ça au Laos.

Phet, member of staff. my man! Without him to be honest I wouldn’t left the building on the first night but he was so cool I just wanted to chill there with him so we stayed
