I would not stay here again if it was the last place in Arlington.
Pros:

Bed was clean. That’s about all it has going for it.

Cons:

Everything else. The property is run down, the staff is rude and unhelpful. We were out of shampoo and the staff member gave me an almost empty bottle and said they were out of shampoo. The rooms are noisy and the part of town feels unsafe. I would not stay here again if it was the last place in Arlington.

Las habitaciones muy limpias y excelente ubicación.

Los comentarios negativos son los siguientes:
el desayuno está muy escaso falta barra caliente como huevos revueltos, waffles o pancakes.
pan de caja fruta picada etc.
Y que no abastecían rápido el papel higiénico y al parecer no había, tampoco dan agua y es muy importante.

Pros:

Paid for 3 days, 2 nights would not honor it because we didn’t check in on first day - what?? Had to call booking wait 1.5 hrs for them to resolve with hotel which took under 3-4 mins insane

Cons:

Staff kept saying I don’t know it’s not my fault call booking, we don’t know call booking, nothing we can do call booking, they tried NOTHING and no sympathy even though I am part of Hilton honors - will report to Hilton as well

It's just okay..
Pros:

The location is really good for families as it is close to family-friendly places like Six Flags.

Cons:

The room smelled damp when we walked in and the AC made a strange noise all through the night. We booked a stay for two nights and early on the second day we found our key cards had been deactivated and we couldn't get into our room. The front desk helped but did not take responsibility.
