JM Casavilla Retreat Phu Quoc

It is a very quiet place, nice, clean and the cabins are very nice, it is ideal for resting, the people at the hotel from the manager to the girls in the dining room are all very friendly people.

Loved this Villa! If you want a quiet getaway… less touristy area of the island this is it!!!

By luck, we decided to choose JM Cacavilla retreat to stay for 1st time in Phu Quoc. It's located on the Eastside of Phu Quoc,from the map it looks like on the remote side of the island but that what we wanted. Our first impression was WOW!!!
We got upgraded into a nice villa style with kingsize bed, premium towels ,sheets, nice bathroom with shower, big stone soaking tub and good running hot water.
Our villa is only 100 meter from the ocean, and before that was an outdoor beautiful infinity swimming pool where we spent almost our time there.
Also, catch the sunrise here is unbelievable scenes.
We also had free delicious breakfasts , and the restaurant here has a good menu for everyone including vegetarian dishes. We also met Mr.Dung, the owner of the resort, very friendly and hard working person to keep the place running smoothly. All the staffs here were very friendly, happy and polite.
We felt very blessed and joyful that we chose to stay here. Next year we'll back and stay longer.

Loud neighbors one night and early morning a guy banging on his boat at 6am

It was a very nice property with friendly staff. There was a great breakfast and a decent variety of food in the restaurant. The only negative is that it is vey out-of-the-way. If you want a quiet place to stay away from everything, this is perfect. But it can take a while to visit attractions.

Lovely quaint hotel in the quiet north part of the island. I stayed in the pool villa which was very nice. Pool and staff were excellent. My only complaint is that the breakfast needs more options and the coffee needs improvement. It was really bad which is sad as Vietnamese coffee is generally excellent.

The pool is huge and amazing- we loved it! They only have one restaurant- it was also very good. Breakfast daily was wonderful. Our villa was very large, very clean, large bathroom. All is very new. I did love the spa slippers they had for us. The view is wonderful in all directions, mountains or pool and ocean.

JM Casavilla Retreat exceeded all expectations! The serene location, stunning infinity pool, and beautifully designed rooms made for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. Waking up to ocean views and enjoying a peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quiet, luxurious escape!

I reserved the ocean front view bungalow and everything I expected. I booked this place based on reviews: new, beautiful bungalows steps to the beach. But when I got there, it was beyond my expectations. I am used to 5 stars resorts big chains I.e Marriott Sheraton intercontinental Ritzs etc. JM Casavilla is so unique in term of location and surroundings. The Grab driver cautioned me that this resort is so far from everything from town center, I said it’s ok because I spent a week in sensory overload HCMC so I need the tranquil and solitude, I wasn’t disappointed. Obote everything else, all the staff was so nice gracious and attentive to my every needs, room was cleaned with quick speed everyday, and whatever else you need, they came through. What amazed me was the foods, from the casual look of the dining area, I didn’t expected much, reakfast was nice and adequate; for lunch we just wanted to grab quick bites so we don’t have to venture outside of the resort, but to my suprise the foods were just amazing worthy of Michelin stars (I am a foodie so I know good when I tasted it. Needless to say we ate all our meals at the resort for the whole week and not repeating. I don’t have enough words to describe my love for this place. I will come back for sure, highly recommended to everyone who’s looking for a 4-5 stars of a quiet retreat. A plus for all the staff.

The staff was beyond amazing from check in to check out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This was truly an amazing place, very peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful staff. Nice facility and quiet away from the main city which I like. You can rent moped at the hotel for the day and ride around the island. Hotel can also arrange a ride for you to wherever you want to go. Round trip to night market is 650,000vnd for 6 of us which is not bad. Only thing I would suggest is to add porridge to the buffet breakfast and have more variety of food on the menu for lunch and dinner. Laundry if by weight 30,000vnd/KG, but please note it’s hang dry and not machine dry. Our clothes came back all wrinkly and bugs on them. I understand the bugs. It is an island after all. Maybe there is a section to check for ironing for a charge which I missed. But overall stay is nice.

Stayed 3 nights. Loved it! Nhan was a fantastic host and made our stay memorable. Great staff overall and the pool was nice. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

We loved: The friendlyness of staff and owners. We are two ‘Travel Journos’ who stumbeled at this jewel. The facility is brand new (3 months) and still needs finishing, but when this happens it will be solid 4 star property which will suit people who like to enjoy quiet and quality. I’m sure we call in again when it’s finished and fully operational. See you again. 😊

Very nice place. The rooms are very large as well as the bathroom. Very good breakfast (do not go too late because the dishes are not always filled...) -Free shuttle to the airport. Beachfront.

I like this place. It's totally worth what you pay. Quiet space, beautiful sea view pool. There will not be many places in Phu Quoc like this

The resort is very fresh and beautiful. This place has just been built, so everything is very new. The pool is strangely beautiful with sea views. The breakfast is very good
