Everything was exceptional! Breakfast was delicious, staff were amazing and the room was immaculate! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Just wonderful!
Little or no hot water in the shower. No local TV. Could only get one channel without a subscription . Room rates increased .
The amenities and service
Nothing
Good views from the room on the 10th floor. The restaurant as decent food, and pool was nice when it was cleaned.
There was no hot water for showers and can't drink the water from the sink or shower.
Comfort
Water pressure on upper floors very poor.
Family friendly hotel
I tried to leave my luggage there for a couple of hours after we wanted to check out and they told me I couldn’t do that that I had to bring it down the block to another facility. Not sure why they couldn’t just keep it in their security area there, but that seemed to be a little bit petty
The hotel was excellent, particularly as I wasn't expecting it to be so good, from other reviews. The staff were efficient and friendly, check-in and check-out was quick. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, very fast wifi and the bed was super comfortable. Meals in the restaurant were very good and the pool area is very well set out and quiet. Pool was clean and looked well maintained.
The hotel is bit out of the way, which wasn't a problem for us as we were attending a meeting nearby, but if you are staying there, bear in mind nothing is in walking distance. Outside near the pool there was a smell of sewerage and despite the pool area being so beautifully maintained that was off-putting. It may or may not be coming from the hotel itself, but it should be looked into by management, as it was a draw back on an otherwise beautiful area.
Clean room great staff super friendly. Horrible food horrible water pressure. Log on going construction. Basically paid 4 star rate for a 2 star quality hotel.
