Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Staff were so kind and helpful - first impressions count!
The room had a lovely view of the ocean and the beds and linen were first class - so comfortable. It was nice and quiet but still so close to everything, the shops, restaurants, beach and transport. We highly recommend and we will be back to stay again.

Nice family environment
Pros:

Great place to stay for family holidays ! , so many restaurants and lovely parks around. Beds are comfy and nice set up !

Cons:

The smell of the room, whenever the air con wasn’t on there was a rather unpleasant smell in the room coming from the carpets. And there was also rubbish left under the lounge from the previous people that stayed there.

Excellent stay will be returning.
Pros:

The air con worked and we kept cool in the Queensland heat the pool and hot tub was awesome the long term residents were really friendly the staff were helpful had a couple of small issues fixed straight away. Lifts were fast, only a very small walk to awesome beach which is patrolled. Heaps of restaurants down stairs. Only across the street to the tram so really easy to get around tram was surprisingly cheap and reliable unlike Sydney public transport. Also had private parking available. Really impressed

Cons:

The only issue I had was the kettle shorted out the power in the unit a quick call power was back on no big deal I just boiled the water on the stove I could have got replacement. But I wasn’t bothered
