Huge apartment, great views, handy location right by the tram station. Very clean.
Beds were uncomfortable - could feel the springs through the mattress.
It stated it was run by management but was clearly a air bnb as we had no house keeping for 4 days
I worked at this hotel through a technology company installing iPad directory maps so we didn’t have to find out ourselfs, at this When we got there it was exactly the same even the furniture was the same from 2019 Was dirty on balcony, if you didn’t clean everything up perfectly it would include a cleaning fee, I washed all the sheets, towels and left it cleaner then when we got there. I still haven’t received my bond back 2/3 weeks later. Was definitely an air BnB as I’ve stated we had no housekeeping for 4 nights stay. We also had a water alarm so would go off after 5min of having a shower so we would have to get out to stop the alarm going. Working in hospitality it’s a big must have every 2-3 days for the guests let alone i only saw one young bloke working on the Sunday and didn’t see more then one cleaner or staff for our 4 day stay. The car park was very small and tight I wouldn’t recommend if you have a car to park in there you can hardly find a parking space anyway.. Again it’s been weeks wait and still haven’t seen my bond back and was disgusted and disappointed with everything about the stay except for the view.. I will definitely never be staying there again… Level 24 room 128…. Disgusting service from Air BnB owner. The company itself is fine. Whoever owns the air BnB needs reality check..
Amazing staff, this is our second family trip down and it has been seamless again! We have had multiple rooms and this is the first hotel which has been so helpful with organising with the set up of the rooms and ability to have beds set up as singles or doubles and having rooms closer where possible.
Great pool and bbq area for small kids and big alike.
Heaps of restaurants and shops nearby and extra parking just next door if needed. (also no height issues with our lifted 4x4 which was great!)

Beds are on the firmer side and on lower levels you do get alot of noise at nights. However you are at the gold coast so all apart of it!
The property is very clean, location is very ideal close to the tram, beach, grocery, restaurants and etc. Very convenient.

Location was excellent, close to all the restaurants, clubs, tram and Pacific Fair shopping. Kitchen and washer dryer a bonus
Outdoor furniture could use a revamp. Air conditioning louvres definitely needed a clean, but this was done immediately it was pointed out.

The location was perfect. Very close to all Broadbeach has to offer.
The light rail at the front is an extra bonus.
The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help if there was an issue.
There wasn't a clothes airer in the unit and one was purchased and brought up to our room within hours.
There were little black bugs in the bathroom.
They gave us some bug spray but that didn't get rid of them.
The unit wasn't very clean. Marks on the bedside table which would have been easily removed.
The fridge wasn't clean and needed a good wipe out.
Room size and location
The property is in a great location, with many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean.
There was a bit of a lack of usual supplies in the apartment. Namely, no tissues or napkins. Sadly, even the toilet paper supply was minimal (and the worst quality I’ve seen in a long time).
