1. The bedsheets were torn and full of dust
2. The floor wasn’t mopped
3. The bathroom was smelling way too bad
4. The shower wasn’t working
5. Rude behaviour from the management
6. Misleading information use of ‘Ibis’ to attract people this wasn’t Ibis
