Frustrating experience – Poor service and outdated facilities
Cons:

The staff was incredibly unhelpful and uninterested. I had a late check-out at 11 PM to catch a flight. When I refused to pay the deposit in cash (as I was leaving the country and didn't want leftover currency), the receptionist became annoyed.

Upon leaving, they made me wait over 20 minutes to "check the room." When I asked for an update, the staff rudely told me it was my own fault for not leaving a cash deposit. This caused unnecessary stress as I had a train to catch.

The building is poorly designed. There are only 4 elevators for 50 floors, meaning you spend a significant part of your stay just waiting for a lift.

Do not stay here if you value your time or expect decent hospitality.

Ruime kamer, schoon, heerlijke bedden. Prachtog uitzicht over de stad, al helemaal vanaf het dakterras met mooi zwembad

Cons:

Inchecken personeel heeft er niet echt heel veel zin in. Maar ook weer niet onvriendelijk.
Echt je tijd nemen om naar boven en beneden te gaan. De liften worden intensief gebruikt, kan echt even duren voor je er 1 hebt. Maar das niet erg voor dit uitzicht, lekker bed en goede prijs!

Pros:

Great location. Right next to KL Sentral and stone throw away from brickfields hustle and bustle. We loved the facilities, pool, gym, co working space, laundry and outdoor workout area. The sunsets from rooftoop were amazing.

Cons:

Minimal kitchen items in our room but nothing too big to frown over.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am "neuen Hauptbahnhof" man erreicht alles direkt inklusive Flughafen, auch wenn man nicht Grab fahren will. Der Rooftop Pool ist riesig.

Fairly OK for price paid, good value for money for budget travellers

Cons:

The blanket was too small / too thin, and there was a musky smell in the room. The room probably needs to be aired occasionally. I did not sleep too well. Would be great to have higher water pressure and wider shower jets as an area of improvement. The arrival instructions did not cover the basics correctly - we were asked to head directly to the check in counter to collect our access cards. However there was a super over-zealous security guard guarding the glass door to ACCESS the staff counter - and the staff blankly looked at us from the inside which was 3m away from the glass doors. We only could enter after a few minutes when another fellow guest let us in... unreal. This place also required a CASH deposit - this was the only time I needed cash in my trip across 8 properties.

NO es un HOTEL!

No es un hotel! Edificio multiuso (alquileres de larga duracion, habitaciones de hotel). Sin servicios de hotel, solo 3 ascensores para 50 pisos...Un desastre!
