An inconvenient and mostly uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was decent enough but the overall experience was not enjoyable

Cons:

Take the comments about the elevators seriously. On multiple occasions I waited 20-30 minutes for the elevator. The regular wait time is at least 10 mins. This “hotel” is actually part of a 53 story apartment complex. It’s not really a hotel, the staff aren’t helpful, the towels are not changed/rooms maintained. The wifi was super slow making it impossible to even send an email without hotspotting from my phone. The marketing makes it look like a comfortable hotel- but it’s actually a cramped and packed apartment experience. The location also isn’t ideal if you’re a tourist and hoping to conveniently see the city.

Cons:

该酒店与其他多家酒店位于同一栋建筑中，除此之外，还有公寓住户，所以泳池等设施都是同一栋楼的公用状态；完全无洗衣或自助洗衣服务；很吵，虽然住的很高，但楼下机车声音不绝于耳，且旁边有工地施工，早上开始就会很吵，不适合度假；床铺过于小，卫生程度比较一般；工作人员不会主动更换床品或洗漱用品；热水不热

First and never come back
Cons:

1. No fridge in the room and asked for one, not possible
2. Only 2 pillows were provided and very flat soft, when asked for extra, don't provide extra.
3. The elevators were damn slow to wait and one of them was out of service during the stay.

Value for Money. Good hotel to stay.
Pros:

We like the view from our room and can see the Menara 118. Nice city lights view to see from the 53A level swimming pool. Walking distance to the Tun Samanathan monorail station is about 5 minutes walk. Nearby to NU Sentral shopping mall too.

Cons:

No drinks vending machine at the hotel lobby and need to walk to the Bila Bila Mart to get something. The toilet hook is too high if we want to hang our towels. Maybe facilities department can relocate the hook position to the lower level. There are so many switches point but only a few of them are working.

Das Zimmer war nicht gut.
Pros:

Die Aussicht, die Lage.

Cons:

Der Aufzug dauert zu lange und ist sehr nervig, in dem Zimmer 7 wurde geraucht und das hat man trotz Lüften weiter gemerkt. Das Bad ist undicht an der Glasscheibe Richtung Fenster Bett, was dafür gesorgt hat, das meine Sachen Nass wurden, der Schlauch vom Bad zu kurz, das Zimmer sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Alles in allem würde ich nicht erneut das Zimmer nehmen.

Pros:

Spacious and clean room about 10min walk from KL Sentral. Rooftop swimming pool on 53rd floor. Gym and community workspace below the pool. Good Security. Access card required to take the lift to the required level.

Cons:

No toilet at the pool level. Kettle not working properly. Wifi internet connection unstable.

Not a great experience .. I would suggest fellow passengers to look for other options

Location was good but apart from that not a great property

Cons:

The Staff were not really helpful and good and the lady who sits in the morning shift at the desk is so rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Room was tiny and was not well structured
