Bad, completely forgettable stay and too expensive for the quality of service
Pros:

Location as it was close to highway as we were transiting the city of Solapur.

Cons:

Many things:

Room was stuffy with an odour, uncomfortable to put it mildly.

Bath and toilet weren’t neat to inspire their use. We had to put up with the untidiness.


The TV and WiFi just didn’t work at all. We were too tired to even ask the hotel staff to fix them. Of course, they are responsible to keep them in good working condition.

Too expensive with nothing in return.

Pros:

Rushi at the restaurant made it special for us. The most polite person and fantastic to deal with. I wish him a successful career. Faisal at the front desk was a study in hospitality himself... fantastic guy and extremely helpful.

Good to stay overnight at best especially if you plan outstation trips to Tuljapur etc.
Pros:

Location and food quality (a la carte) was very good. Service standards were also average.

Cons:

Breakfast was poorly organised. Spread and food quality was good. Service levels were very poor. Waiting for refills. Layout not very hygiene oriented. Parking was not well organised; took some time to get my car out.

Location of hotel is near to highway.

Cons:

Room AC was not working. We couldn't get another room as the hotel was fully booked. Hotel staff charged the full amount for the AC room although the room AC was not working..This is not at all professional.
