The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The hotel team was very kind and supportive. I was travelling solo and landed at the airport at midnight, this was a perfect arrangement to get some sleep before continuing my journey the next day

I had a wonderful stay in Benz. It is more expensive that places around, but it is really worth it. The quality of the rooms, toilets, reception.... Everything is a plus here. Namaste and thanks for treating me so well.

Pros:

Nothing. Only thing is the aircon worked and the personnel was responsive to my questions, including arranging a taxi to come pick me up at the airport. Breakfast was also decent.

Cons:

Incredibly dirty, not as clean and lit as shown in the pictures. Dirty bed, dirty linens, toilet, walls and doors. Bugs. Dusty hallways. Elevator worn down. On top of all this, pricy (I changed last minute from another cheaper option, precisely thinking that this one would be better. I was arriving at midnight at the airport and only wanted to rest).
Since the first room that I got was completely dirty, I asked for a second one. The second one was no better, only that at the beginning, it did not boast the cockroach I had seen in the previous room (it eventually turned up).
The second room had no toilet paper (had to ask for it as mentioned by others in the reviews) and heating was not on (first shower with cold water). I asked to change the pillows (see picture below) and the person answering to me was in no humor to do so, even if they did (maybe I misunderstood).
I don’t know how the scam is done to receive the scores they get, something booking.com needs to start checking on for this area near the IGI/Aerocity.

Pros:

Siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 di notte e ci è stato possibile fare il check-in velocemente. ll prezzo era di un paio di euro più alto di quello presente su booking per via delle tasse. Al momento del pagamento la reception non aveva il resto esatto, ma la mattina successiva me lo hanno reso non appena mi hanno vista. Le lenzuola non profumavano, ma non erano sporche: ignave. Il personale è stato delizioso: ci hanno trovato un driver dedicato a noi per un tour completo di un’intera giornata a Nuova Delhi per un prezzo di 25 euro totali e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli in custodia fino a sera. In conclusione è stato l’ideale per una notte.

Cons:

La stanza è di dubbia pulizia, c’è odore di fumo, ha il posacenere sul tavolo, ma non ha finestre apribili. Il bagno era quasi sufficiente, ma comunque insufficiente.

Hotel Banz looked after me well
Pros:

Brilliant wifi, Friendly staff, Comfortable bed, Reasonably priced restaurant in which I felt comfortable on my own, Convenient Location. Communication from staff leading up to my visit was very helpful.

Cons:

Temperamental Aircon in room, View of service yard, but I wasn't necessarily expecting better.
