Очень громко по вечерам до ночи. Но все остальное хорошо
Pros:

Номера красивые, территория интересная, будто на Бернинг Мэн или в Тулуме. Приятно находиться днем

Cons:

Постоянная музыка, которую слишком слышно в номерах, долбят басы всегда. Вечером особенно, потому что вечеринка в бичклабе. Помимо, есть ресторан рядом с жилыми номерами, где еще слышнее по вечерам музыку до полуночи точно
Все это давит и не дает расслабиться в номере вечером. Хоть и заботливо разложены беруши, мне например, некомфортно в них спать

В общем, я считаю, что об этом нужно предупреждать) чтобы сюда с ночевой ехали люди, кому не так важна тишина

Отсутствие спортзала, программ занятий для тела (кроме спа) на такой большой территории

The WORST hotel stay ever…so dissapointed
Pros:

The Suites are located just by the club that has very loud music till 2 am!!! No kidding. I have a small baby, and this was my bd gift to go away and have some rest, to sleep with no interruptions. But there was no sleep! The day I arrived around 1pm there was an event where people were using microphones and it was very loud, staff told me it will end at 9pm. But at 9pm party started. I have been told that party will be finished by 12am. Which was a lie. Party ended at 2 am, but the worst is that the next day it was party as well that finished at 2 am!!! And after all the drunk people were screaming, laughing and talking just by my suite! They were seating at the suite property territory with drinks and nobody did anything. My suite was shaking because of bass music from the club, all my bed. Staff offered me an earplugs. That is just a joke! It was my worst experience in hotels ever and i travel almost every month. If you want to relax, sleep and rest that place is not for you.
Im not able to attach a video here, but a screenshot from video so you can see how “far” is the club from my suite. And I spent almost 10millions for 2 horrible nights!

Cons:

They dont care about guests comfort.

Сделать пляж у океана.
Pros:

Классное место. Сделано с душой. Очень креативно. Есть даже выход на пляж.

Cons:

Добираться из семиньяка больше 2 часов.

Картинка в букинге… ну бассейн спасал ночью когда не могли спать от звука музыки😂!

Cons:

В номере ужасно громко слышно басы музыки , доносящиеся из пляжного клуба Луна. Если Вы хотите отдохнуть не насчитывайте на это. Даже беруши не помогают. До 12 часов точно невозможно уснуть. Днем тоже самое. Домики так устроены в форме колоколов, что звук проникая в них как будто усиливается. На улице тише чем внутри. Короче мы не отдохнули вообще. Релакс был только утром, когда клуб не работает. Это вариант только приехать в клуб тусить до закрытия и потом переночевать … но для такого удовольствия стоимость не адекватная. Да и вообще красивая картинка а по сути не очно. Удобно все в номере. В туалете, который вынесен на улицу ни одного крючка, чтоб просто повешать одежду или полотенца…. Как сейчас любят модно красиво , но совершенно неудобно для использования… картинка с пустым наполнением.

Отличный сервис!
Pros:

Отличный вариант для двухдневной поездки в нуану! Отель находится в самом центре парка. Очень удобное расположение. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Приветливый внимательный персонал. Отличный завтрак на берегу моря в бич клабе!

Cons:

Дополнительная кровать была очень жесткая.

fantastic should be n everynes bucket list its bali yet so much surrounding i was surprised every corner i turned the whole activities sculptures alpaces wolves dning was great then top it off with a slide down to the cave in the beach club love to go ack there

Pros:

We liked how close the accommodation was to the 2 day conference we went to.

Cons:

Accommodation - The toilet was leaking at the base of it. The bathroom was open to the garden area out the back. So there was nothing to stop the mosquitoes from entering the bathroom and main room. The bed has a mosquitoe net, so that helped. It's not worth the money we paid.

Excellent concept. Good facilities . Beautiful location . Lots of choices of places to eat and entertain .

Hmm….. Staff still need a lot of training . No-one seemed to know anything 🥴
Quite disorganized. They definitely try with beautiful smiles … however … need training on all the facilities etc to be able yo help guests more .
Nothing was explained to me on arrival …. Therefore in such a huge place it really was confusing as to where to go and how to get there .
Im sure with time this will improve .
Ooh …… there was no coat-hangers in the room to hang clothes up 🤷‍♀️
