Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. I would visit again if I knew for certain all the facilities were working.
Pros:

After switching rooms I liked my room even if a bit dated, comfy bed. The food was great. The staff was nice. The view from the room was gorgeous. nearby beach was great and shuttle service to and fro very nice. Pool area really nice. Someone even ran a great water fitness class. lobby areas nice. Massage chairs in lobby a perk.

Cons:

The facilities and rooms are dated but for the price that didn't bother me. The food was plentiful and varied even though I was limited in what I could eat due to strictly kosher. a few issues 1. There was never enough manpower at the front desk so waits were very long for check in and when I asked to switch a room as the first room reeked of cigarette smoke. 2. The second room smelled smoke free but the hallways still smelled of smoke. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke....3. I went specifically for the saltwater and sulfur baths. The sulfur bath was cool all three days and I couldn't use it. When I asked about it, I was told the temperature was 32 degrees celcius. Firstly, it was not, the water was cool, not warm. And sulfur baths should be kept at at least 35. This was a huge disappointment and not sure I would return for that reason.

הגענו ללילה אחד וברצוני לציין לשבח את טל מהקבלה על השירות הנפלא והאישי שקבלנו אני ואשתי עד לירידה לפרטים הקטנים ביותר. יישר כוח טל.

Cons:

הזמנו חדר ג'וניור עם מרפסת ולצערנו גילינו רק בלילה שאין בכלל תאורה שם. זה היה מוזר מאוד שאין אפשרות לנצל את שעות הערב בישיבה מוארת במרפסת.
