Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that on Saturdays, and Jewish holidays, check-in is available from 18:00, while check-out must be done by 14:00. Please note that children under the age of 16 cannot access the spa. Please note that beauty treatments and massages are available at an additional cost.

קודם כל ולפני הכל אמרתם לאונרדו פלז'ה אמרתם טל אזולאי,הבחורה המקסימה הזאת הפכה לנו את החופשה והשהות במלון לחוויה שלא נשכח מהר ואף תגרום לנו לשוב למלון הזה שוב ושוב.טל עשתה מעל ומעבר כדי שאנחנו נהנה ונרגיש הכי בבית הכי משפחתי,יחס חם ושירות אישי שלה למעננו ,פתרה לנו בעיה במהירות ואף דאגה לנו לפינוקים לחדר.הסכימה להאריך לנו את השהות בשבת עד כמה שרצינו ללא תמורה.דאגה לנו לארוחת צהריים במלון בשבת במלון.אלפי תודות לך טל היקרה. אהבנו את המלון ואת צוות העובדים שהיו שירותיים ונתנו הכל כדי שהאנשים שהתארחו ייהנו וירגישו הכי בבית שאפשר,בבריכה חילקו ארטיקים לכולם ואבטיח.הספא מעולה,בריכת הגופרית מעולה,בריכת המלון גדולה ומספקת נקייה ולא מרגישים צפוף בכלל.חדר אוכל גדול,צוות עובדים חרוץ האוכל מגוון ובשפע,קינוחים צבעוניים וטעימים,לילדים שפע של בחירה מה לאכול.בקיצור מלון מושלם ותמורה מלאה לכספנו.נחזור שוב ושוב.

Nice 4-star hotel with simple food and a good spa area.
Pros:

The spa area is really nice. It has a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, a wet sauna (though it barely works), and a few hot water pools, a couple of which have Dead Sea water.
The food was typical 4-star hotel fare — almost the same menu every day. It wasn't bad, it was edible, but I've seen better.

Cons:

Two really annoying things that definitely need improvement:
a. There's no hand soap in the bathroom — yep, you get out of the toilet and have to wash your hands with shampoo.
b. The AC basically only has ON and OFF. You can't control the temperature — it has a temperature dial, but it doesn't make any difference. You can set it to 10 or 30 degrees and the result is exactly the same.

In prima noapte mi s-a dat alta camera decat cea platita, cu pret mai mic, motivand ca nu au camere ! Noaptea , ne-am trezit cu peretele de la baie ud si apa peste tot ! A 2a zi au adus cateva sucuri, ciocolate din partea hotelului si mi-am gasit sticla de parfum sparta, pe jos! Oribil ! Nu e de vizitat acest hotel !

Понравилось всё. Персонал гостиницы, особенно Таль, представитель компании Букинг, внимательная , отзывчивая , приятная в общении. Понравилась кухня , с разнообразным меню . Номер чистый , ухоженный с шикарным видом на море . СПА процедуры . Бассейн . Короче понравилось всё . Обязательно ещё воспользуемся услугами компании Букинг и сетью гостинец Фаталь .

Отдых превзошел наши ожидания. До сих пор находимся под впечатлением.
Pros:

Питание было очень разнообразное, особенно понравились ужины.
Работа персонала была на высоком уровне. Вежливые, улыбающиеся работники отеля поднимали настроение.
Номер был большой и светлый, кровать огромная. Вид из окна на море - просто потрясающе.
И самое главное и приятное - нам с женой устроили незабываемый праздник (мы отмечали 30-летие совместной жизни). Мы получили много подарков, были окружены заботой, любовью и вниманием.
Особенная благодарность представителю "Букинга" Таль ,которая организовала для нас море впечатлений с приятными сюрпризами !

Cons:

Всё понравилось. Никаких претензий нет, только благодарность и восхищение.
Мы нисколько не пожалели, что решили отпраздновать юбилей нашей свадьбы в отеле "Леонардо Плаза".
Обязательно приедем ещё !
