Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that on Saturdays, and Jewish holidays, check-in is available from 18:00, while check-out must be done by 14:00. Please note that children under the age of 16 cannot access the spa. Please note that beauty treatments and massages are available at an additional cost.

אני כבר מתכננת את הלינה הבאה במלון הזה.
Pros:

היינו שם בשבת, והיה לנו קל לשמור שבת. הארוחות היו טעימות עם גיוון גדול של אוכל. היה מניין, היינו בתוך הערוב. נתנו לנו מפתח לשבת ונתנו לנו להישאר עד סוף השבת. 5 דקות הליכה לים. היה לנו נוף מדהים מהחדר לים. הבריכה יפהפה וגדול. עם מקום ישיבה והפעלה לילדים. בפנים היה ג'קוזי עם מקלחות.

Cons:

היה נסיעה מהקניון, רחוק ללכת, ובשבת לא יכולנו ללכת מהמלון עד למלונות האחרות כי העירוב לא המשיך עד לשם.

טל קיבלה אותנו וענתה לכל השאלות ואף מעבר היתה ממש מעולה ושרותית איתנו, האוכל היה מעולה ובשפע, מתקני הספא היו נעימים ומילאו את הזמן

המלון טעון שיפור מבחינת התחזוקה, בבריכת הספא של המי ים מלח היו אבנים על הקרקעית שהתפרקו, עובש ושחור על חלק מקירות הבריכה, רואים שלא שופצה מזמן וכנ"ל גם החדרים

בסך הכל מלון טוב אוכל טוב הפקיד קבלה דניאל יעיל ונחמד, והכי חשוב טל,ליותה אותנו ועזרה בכל,בלעדיה לא היה מושלם .נשאר טעם טוב לפעם הבאה.
