צוות המלון נהדר
המטפלת בספא גלינה מקצועית מאד.
יהיה נעים יותר לשפר את ניראות החדר.

Cons:

להוסיף שאטלים בשעות המוקדמות בקיץ עוד לפני 8 בבוקר ואחרי 17:00 כשכבר נעים להתרחץ בים.

לפתוח את חדר האוכל מוקדם יותר למשכימי קום ולמטיילים

המקום נראה ומריח סירחון של ביוב המזגן החדר לא היה קר . ביקשנו חדר אם מרפסת קיבלנו בלי . קבלנו זיכוי יחסי אבל זה ממש לא היה בסדר . המון רעש . הבריכה היית מגעילה מלא כלור הספא היה מזעזע החדר עיסוי היה מפחיד ולא מזמין בכלל מחיר מוגזם לאומת המחיר ששילמנו ) הגיע משפחה ערבית שהתמקחה על המחיר והורידו להם מ550 שח ל390 שח לאדם זה היה משפיל בנוסף הגשנו בקשת פיצוי ולא קיבלנו. אני לעולם לא יחזור לרשת שלכם וגם מגישים תביעה ייצוגית של מספר משפחות. 0502661655
