Pros:

Facilities was good, location is in walking distance from Taj Mahal, staff behavior was very good

Cons:

Conjusted location, no proper parking space, hotel is costly in comparison with facility provided.
Kitchen service was not available between 10:30 pm to 8 am.

Amazing stay and friendly people
Pros:

Really amazing people I was surprised to find such a nice hospitality in the heart of Agra. Very nice breakfast and amazing. Stay people in the hotel are also very nice and friendly very divine thank you champ Palace.

Cómo en casa!
Pros:

El alojamiento está ubicado a 2 minutos taj mahal caminado. El dueño es una persona increíble, muy amable y servicial. Al igual que todos los trabajadores del hotel. Te ayuda con cualquier cosa. Habitaciones muy limpia y cómoda. La comida está realmente buena. Damos un 10 a la estancia y la atención se este lugar tan acogedor.

Pros:

Very helpful and kind staff. Driver available for reasonable price to take us anywhere we needed to go! 2 min walk to Taj Mahal.

Cons:

Renovations occurring to make more rooms - will be a great place to stay, would have been good to know in advance there was construction work occurring. However the noise was very minimal

Excellent établissement à 5 minutes à pieds du Taj mahal.
Pros:

Un emplacement idéal pour se rendre à pieds au taj mahal ou profiter de la vieille ville. Des chambres spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Un personnel toujours agréable et à l’écoute.

Cons:

Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur. Nous avons dîné le soir en arrivant puis pris un petit déjeuner et dans les deux cas, la qualité était moyenne. Mais il est très facile de trouver de petits restos aux alentours qui proposent de très bons plats et des déjeuners pour un prix dérisoire.

Pros:

Location (proximity to Taj), cleanliness, room arrangement (i took family room) .

Cons:

Telephone in the room was not working so I had to go out everytime to find the kitchen staff and tell him about orders.
Major part of the hotel is still under repair/construction so there was lot of dust and sound

They don't have a enclosed dining area, guest have to either sit in outside lawn or in the corridor which was very dusty due to construction.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes from the Taj Mahal, making it very convenient for visiting early in the morning.

The staff were welcoming, kind and very helpful. They assisted us in organizing our onward journey, which made our trip much easier. We really appreciated their support before and during our stay.

Cons:

The only small downside was our experience with one of the drivers arranged by the hotel. Unlike the first driver, who was very friendly and accommodating, the second driver (the one who spoke English) insisted on receiving a much larger tip, even after we had already given him ₹500 (around €5). He became quite insistent, which left us with an uncomfortable feeling at the end of the journey.

Apart from this isolated incident, everything else was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agra.

Nuit reposante à côté du Taj Mahal.
Pros:

Emplacement très proche du Taj Mahal, chambre très propre et confortable avec cour intérieure et possibilité de manger. Le personnel est attentif, et le prix correct (Nous somme passé hors saison, en juillet). Nous on permis de laisser les bagages dans l’hôtel pour un départ le soir et ont été arrangeant à notre retour nous laissant avoir accès à la chambre pour un bref arrêt avant de repartir. L’eau chaude fonctionne bien comme prévu. Il y a un accès au toit avec une petite vue sur le Taj Mahal, pas non plus une terrasse mais donne un avant goût du bijou.

Cons:

Jus d’orange au petit dej pas exceptionnel, mais sinon tout c’est bien déroulé.

The power went off a few times during my short stay, which means I had no AC for a few hours in the hottest days of summer.
