Lovely boutique hotel with some construction noise
Pros:

This is a really lovely hotel with fantastic staff who cannot do enough for you. The room was very good, beautifully presented with lots of modern features, and food also very good. We enjoyed the three course breakfasts and two lovely evening meals by the pool.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was noise from ongoing construction work to the rear of the property which meant our stay was not quite as relaxing as it could have been. The price is on the high side for Luang Prabang.

Juste à côté de l’hôtel excellent salon de massages

Hôtel dans un style coloniale avec une très belle décoration. Belle ambiance et le personnel est aux petits soins.

Cons:

Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Chic Stay Hana. The facilities were great and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful people we've ever met! Such a beautiful boutique hotel perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the town centre. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Laos.

Gem of a hotel, short walk to restaurants and shops, attentive and friendly staff, perfect place to stay.

ルアンパバーンの素敵な隠れ家ホテル
Pros:

・スタッフが感じよく、サービスも素晴らしい。フレンドリーでゲストに滞在を楽しんでもらいたいという気持ちが伝わってくる。調理を含めて若いスタッフばかりだが、和気あいあいと植木の植え替えなどもしていて見ていてほほえましい。
・全体的にインテリアがセンス良く、滞在していて気持ちよかった。
・朝食は毎日前もってメニューを選択し、調理するタイプ。オムレツとアボガドトーストが特に美味しかった。男性は少し量的に物足りないと思うかもしれないが、女性にはちょうどよかった。
・メインストリートまで徒歩15分ほど。自転車のレンタルもあるので観光に便利だった。
・近くに評判のいいレストラン（Bamboo Garden）やマッサージ（Green Jungle Massage）があって便利。
・夜、帰り道が暗くてこわいというコメントがあり、心配したが、治安がいいため、気にならなかった。付近の住宅の犬たちがパトロールをしてくれている。

Cons:

・1月半ばで朝晩は少し寒く、エアコンに暖房がなかったので、電気ヒーターの貸出があるといいなと思う（ベッドには毛布を追加してもらえた）。
・トイレのドアの閉りが悪く（222号室）自動的に開いてしまうのでいちいちロックをかけるのだが、扉の天辺にロックがあるため、かろうじて手が届くくらい。背の低い方には届かないのでは？低い位置に簡易なロックを設置してはどうかと思う。プールのトイレも同じく。開けるのにこつが要るので、閉じ込められたか？と思う瞬間あり。
・洗面台のシンクの排水が良くなく、時間がかかる。
