Nice villa from the the outside in great location, but disapointing from the inside.Needs renovation
Pros:

Nice location within the town, near the beach. Nice vlila from the outside with small garden.

Cons:

Parking a car only for a fee 5 EUR per day.
Private beach and pool - only for a fee 10 EUR per day and a person.
Not a whole villa for yourself as declared - only one apartment in the villa for yourself (the ground floor). In the first floor lives somebody else and you can hear him very clearly - especially walking and moving furniture everyday from 6 AM - very anoying.
The inside furnite was quite and old and aged.
The bathroom was very stinky - you can smell the drain badly from the bathroom all over the apartment.
The kitchen equipment was very poor - one bad knife, no kettle, no washing machine.
The air conditioner was unusable in the night - it was very, very loud even in low / sleep mode. It was also the one without external unit, so the outgoing pipe was attached to always open windows.
No net againt mosquitos in the windows. There were a lot of mosquitos all over the day and night.
No living room with a sofa and TV - only bedrooms equipped with TV.

Pros:

location and private beach. garden.

Cons:

batroom/ toilet doorhad sliding door slightly broken so it was hard to close. no kitchen towel, coffee maker or kettle.
