Excellent stay in a great location
Pros:

The location was excellent — very close to the city center and all the main attractions. We rented two apartments for our group of seven, and having them right next to each other was very convenient. Both apartments were clean, modern, exactly as shown in the photos, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The self check-in and check-out process was very easy, and we received clear instructions in advance, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We also appreciated the large, high-quality Smart TVs in both apartments. We only stayed two nights, but everything was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The price was slightly higher compared to other accommodations in Yerevan, but considering the overall quality of the service and experience, it didn’t really feel like a major drawback. The value matched the level of comfort and services provided.

Cons:

The day before our arrival, our apartment was changed—a similar one with a balcony, which was great, but an unexpected change—THIS REVIEW THEREFORE REFERS TO A DIFFERENT APARTMENT
Water leaks from the shower around the glass panel, so just file a complaint with the contractor :)
There was no soap in the bathroom, but there was a toothbrush set and hotel slippers, which was great
The apartment (the new, changed one) was harder to find—you have to enter from the courtyard, not from the street

Pros:

Location was perfect, very cozy and comfortable flat, owner was always in touch in helped 24/7. In the flat there is everything in terms of kitchen supplies, even tea and instant coffee. Flat was exactly looking like on the photos

Cons:

- Would be great to have 1 bottle of water in the fridge
- Toilet paper should be in the flat for the amount people and based on the length of the stay
- Bed sheets were a bit dirty, seems touched something while they were drying. But overall washed of course

Все отлично! Расположение замечательное, персонал отзывчивый, вид из окна прекрасный, кровать и постельное белье супер, соотношение цена-качество 10/10. Нам предложили бесплатный апгрейд, но нам очень приглянулась именно эта студия. Если еще будем в Ереване, остановимся снова здесь!
