Good rooms. Bad maintenance
Pros:

Excellent location. The property has good rooms and a great number of listed facilities. The staff is polite and helpful.
We only had breakfast and the food was decent.

Cons:

The facilities do not actively function or work. Since the property is on the slightly expensive side, the maintenance seems to take a hit in a low rush area. While the staff is accommodating, it just doesn't make up for all the missing/non-working facilities.

Exceptional
Pros:

The hotel was great all around. Many others in Pokhara don't live up to the expectations seen online but this one definitely meets and exceeds them. The building is beautiful, and noise is at a minimum in the rooms. Staff were great, they helped us out with anything from taxis to laundry service.

A beautiful quiet place in the center of busy Pokhara.
Pros:

The place is amazingly decorated. The garden and pool are beautifull and well looked after. Staff was helpfull. The room was very nice. And the location was great.
The place is not as massieve as it looks on the pictures, a lot more cosy then I was expecting.

Cons:

When we where there, there where not many other guests. So it felt like they where running on a skeleton crew.
