Schwache Leistung
Pros:

Der einzige Lichtblick war Annes, ein Einheimischer mit hervorragenden Sprachkenntnissen, ausgezeichneten Umgangsformen und einer Professionalität, die bei vielen seiner Kollegen leider nicht zu erkennen war. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass dieser Mann die Hotelbar praktisch im Alleingang am Laufen hält.

Das Frühstück wurde als Buffet im schönen hoteleigenen Restaurant serviert. Die angebotenen Speisen waren sowohl qualitativ als auch quantitativ überzeugend.

Cons:

Der Haupteingang des Hotels befindet sich in der Ulica Hadžiristića. Wer – wie wir – zu dritt und mit Hund anreist, steht bereits bei der Ankunft vor einem echten Problem: Parken und Ausladen des Gepäcks werden zur Herausforderung. Nachdem wir einmal durch die äußerst engen Straßen rund um den Block gefahren waren, fanden wir schließlich einen Parkplatz am Hintereingang des Hotels. Dort verbrachte ein Großteil des Personals offensichtlich einen beträchtlichen Teil seiner Arbeitszeit mit Rauchen. Eventuelle Hilferufe oder zumindest ein unterstützender Blick beim Entladen unseres Gepäcks wurden geflissentlich ignoriert.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Für eines davon erhielten wir ein Upgrade auf ein größeres und moderneres Zimmer. Eine schöne Geste – allerdings war die Klimaanlage nicht in der Lage, die Raumtemperatur auf unter 26 Grad zu senken. Nach einigem Hin und Her mit der Rezeption erhielten wir schließlich wieder das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer, das älter und deutlich kleiner war.

Dort funktionierte wiederum der Fernseher nicht. Im Übergang zum Badezimmer befand sich zudem eine etwa einen Zentimeter hohe Aluminiumschiene, die schmerzhafte Erinnerungen hinterließ. Das Zimmer lag außerdem direkt über dem Hoteleingang, unmittelbar neben der Hotelbar mit großer Außenterrasse. Das Ganze wurde von einem Geräuschpegel begleitet, der einem mittelgroßen Jahrmarkt zur Hauptbesuchszeit alle Ehre gemacht hätte.

An Schlaf war daher bis weit nach Mitternacht nicht zu denken.

Aufgrund der teilweise erschreckenden Unfähigkeit des Personals – angefangen beim nicht gelösten Problem mit der Klimaanlage über das dreimalige Programmieren der Zimmerkarte, bis diese endlich funktionierte, bis hin zur bemerkenswert unpassenden Frage einer Rezeptionistin an meine Tochter, warum sie einen so schweren Koffer dabeihabe, wenn sie doch nur eine Nacht bleiben würde – wird es für uns mit Sicherheit kein Wiedersehen mit diesem Designhotel geben.

Pros:

Eine verstecktes aber sehr schönes in bester Lage gelegenes 5 Sterne Hotel. Auf der Terrasse trifft sich Abends die Hot Village. Sehr gutes Bar Restaurant.
Frühstück der Region entsprechend vielseitig gut!
Auto mit Fahrrädern am Heck war nicht einfach zu parken, aber die Angestellten haben das Problem super gelöst. Besonders Dank an den deutschsprachigen Annes. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer Ansprechbar!

Buena estancia en Sarajevo.

Muy centrico, desayuno buenisimo, productos de mucha calidad..
Estaba estropeada la cisterna del wc y nos cambiaron a una habitacion mejor.
Personal muy amable.
Hotel solo de 2 años, muy nuevo y bonito.

Cons:

Hay musica todo el dia hasta tarde en los rellanos de las habitaciones y es un poco molesto.

Pros:

Hotel je bil na odlični lokaciji, v bližini starega dela Sarajeva in Baščaršije, zato za ogled mesta avtomobila sploh nismo potrebovali. Hotel je lep, čist in urejen, zajtrk je odličen, osebje pa izjemno prijazno.

Ekipo večinoma sestavljajo mladi ljudje, kar se občuti že ob prihodu, saj ustvarijo zelo prijetno in pozitivno energijo ob dobrodošlici.

Edina slabša lastnost hotela so okna, ki nimajo najboljše zvočne izolacije, zato se ponoči nekoliko sliši hrup z ulice.
