Çok güzel ve temiz bir tesis.
Resepsiyon ve valede ki çalışan arkadaşlar çok iyiydi.Güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi.Konum olarak harika!!Odalar süper!Saraybosna için kesinlikle fark yaratan bir otel!

Cons:

-Kahvaltıda menü ile alınabilecek sıcak servisler çok lezzetli ama geç geliyor.Birkaç gün aynı şekilde olunca bunun bilinçli olduğunu düşünmekte haksız sayılmayız!Bu maalesef çok üzücü!Son gün siparişimiz gelmedi bile…Sadece bu yüzden bile çok sevmemize rağmen bir sonraki seferde kalmayı düşünmem.

Parfait
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. Ils ont été au petit soin avec nous et voulaient en faire plus que l’on espérait. La chambre était super jolie, les équipements étaient neufs, j’ai apprécié y passer une nuit et je pense que si je retourne à Sarajevo je retournerai dans cet hôtel.

Amazing staff, all friendly and communicative. Hotel is very clean, modern and beautiful location. Will recommend to go here if you are in Sarajevo! Chef is also really amazing, breakfast and dinner also really tasty and good. 10/10

Kiváló szállás, minden szempontból! Bárkinek ajánlanám, különösen az éjszakai életet kereso fiataloknak!
Pros:

A központi fekvése és a nagyon igényes kivitel, berendezés.

Cons:

A nagyon zajos környék, vagyis éjfélig nem lehetett elaludni a minden szórakozóhelyen teljes hangerővel bömbölő és ebből kialakult zagyva hangzavar miatt.
