Muy buen hotel pero no puedes descansar por el ruido en la habitación.
Pros:

Ubicación, personal, servicio, desayuno muy bueno, cena muy buena, cama cómoda.

Cons:

En el cuarto se oye mucho ruido de la calle, coches y el tram q pasa justo enfrente de la habitación. No se puede descansar. Solo por esa razón no me hospedaría otra vez ahí.

Pros:

The staff and the accommodation was amazing. Thing that I liked was that everything was close because hotel is in the city center of Sarajevo. Beside the hotel the fine dining restaurant was amazing with their Michelin starred chef and the bar with new cocktail menu.

Predivan hotel u srcu Sarajeva!
Pros:

Boravak u hotelu Aperio bio je zaista prekrasno iskustvo! Hotel je moderno i elegantno uređen, izuzetno čist, ugodan i s puno pažnje posvećene svakom detalju. Sve odiše toplinom, stilom i profinjenošću.

Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, profesionalno i susretljivo, a gostoprimstvo je na najvišoj razini. Osjećate se dobrodošlo od prvog trenutka.

Savršena kombinacija udobnosti, elegancije i sarajevske gostoljubivosti. Hotel kojem se s velikim zadovoljstvom ponovno vraćamo i koji od srca preporučujemo svima koji posjećuju Sarajevo!

Excelente lugar. Lo recomendó pero pidan una habitación que no dé hacia la entrada del edificio.
Pros:

La verdad todo me gustó: la habitación excelente. El personal súper. La localización inmejorable.

Cons:

En las noches hay música en el bar del hotel. Y la música se oía un poco fuerte en la habitación. Recomendaría: que terminara la música a las 10 pm y no a las 11 o que fuera a un volumen más bajo.

would not recommend the hotel for the high price as it is really a 3 star hotel in many aspects.
Pros:

location was centrally located to many of the old town sites but at the same time very noisy with tram and traffic.

Cons:

My room was extremely noisy even though I requested a quieter room. Noise from both the bar & lounge downstairs until late evening and then was woken by very noisy tram in the early morning led to a poor night's sleep. There was a window which was not sealed all the way so you could hear every car drive by and people talking. The food was also terrible. My burger had to be sent back as the bun was so hard and burned (even though I asked if the burger was good). The small meat patty was also very tough and cheap. I would rather eat a McDonald's burger any day over theirs. The fried chicken sandwich was also terrible and smelled like old oil that was reused. There was mold in the bathroom and my hair conditioner bottle was empty. Aqua di Parma should not be represented there. The fine dining restaurant also had spider webs & dead insects stuck in the lamps so not pleasant to look at while dining.

Clean, great location, and amazing staff.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the city center. The rooms and the building are very clean and well-maintained, and the room sizes are more than adequate. The hotel staff are extremely attentive and helpful. They resolved the noise issue immediately and arranged a new room for us. They also gave us a wonderful gift of the soap whose scent we loved, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their excellent service. If I visit again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it!

Cons:

The only downside is that some rooms face the café and bar area, so there can be a lot of noise at night. I recommend keeping this in mind when choosing your room.

La habitación estaba mal aislada y había mucho ruido hasta las 11 de la noche. Pues el hotel tiene una terraza con la música muy alta que no finaliza hasta las 11 de la noche.

Lovely comfortable hotel with great staff!
Pros:

Location wasn’t great as there were no views from any of the rooms as far as I could tell.
Breakfast was good & staff were very helpful but there was no juice available for breakfast!
Mini bar was free & was refilled every day which was a real bonus - have never come across this before!
Our room was a good size& very comfortable & clean.
All staff were excellent!

Cons:

There could have been some juice available for breakfast!
There was nothing else we didn’t like!
