Location and cleanliness
I didn’t like the pillows, they were quite small for the bed and lumpy

A/c worked some night s but didnt work so well on others ,food at the restaurant was not upto mark, service was slow,
There was a mess up with our laundry .. there were no clear instructions on having to collect it from reception we got our clothes back at midnight
There were no phones to communicate with reception ecerything had to be done via a QR code
Comfort, the rooms were very good , location was excellent, facilities in the room wes excellent
As said a/c worked well certainly nights and didnt a few others , was a bit of a mess up with our laundry where one peice went missing

Staff too rude. Room service and housekeeping services poor. We are vegen and were asked to pay £30 for a breakfast that had no vegan options other than vegan sausages and toast. Before we checked in we asked the receptionist if there were any breakfast options for us. She claimed that there was a vast vegan menu however this was not true and we ended up spending this amount for toast and juice. Additionally we tried to order room service and the never accepted our order. Even till now (next night) it says order pending. Also, there was no telephone in the room and so it was quite hard to get help with anything or order any sort of amenities. We needed dental kits and had to go down to the reception because the online service would’ve allow us to order any. Even then the receptionist was extremely rude and standoffish. Also the room had two bottles of water that were complimentary however every additional bottle of water we would order would be over £5 for 750 mL with just feels like exploitation especially after we spent close to £200 to stay for just the night and early or late check out was not allowed for us even tho we had to spend all day in Sheffield today as we were visiting for my graduation ceremony
The hotel was modern and clean. The room was spacious, with a fridge. The aircon was quiet and the towels and sheets changed regularly.
