Very good Hotel in the heart of the city within a few minutes walk of all attractions. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a very good breakfast with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.
Being woken up at 03.00 by the fire alarm and having to evacuate the building!
Exceptionally clean, new and well presented. A few tiny scruff marks on walls. In room facilities were well thought out for the ultimate guest experience. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a real plus on a hot day. No noise from outside which was a miracle due to the centralised location. Staff were friendly and attentive. A wide selection for breakfast. Nice and hot too which is a blessing with a buffet style service. Fantastic value for money too. The best part…. The location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we were going to city hall which is basically at the back of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. We will definitely visit again. Well done to all the team!
Well located and very clean and also great facilities
Nothing really . If I was pushed it would be waiting for a fried egg but all told best hotel I’ve visited for a long time . Left bags before snd after with the minimum of fuss . Every staff member was really polite , friendly and helpful

The Aircon would randomly bang in the night waking me up multiple times. Everything else was perfect.

Uncomfortable pillows and shower didn’t drain so had to call reception to fix
