Établissement propre et personnel agréable, mais absence d’ascenseur et mauvaise insonorisation.
Pros:

L’établissement est propre et la chambre était bien entretenue.
Le personnel a été accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin.
Les instructions pour le self check-in étaient claires.

Cons:

Même si le self check-in était annoncé, il n’est pas clairement précisé qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel au sens classique mais d’un immeuble sans ascenseur.
Les chambres se situent au deuxième étage, ce qui implique plusieurs rampes d’escaliers. Avec des bagages, cela peut être contraignant, surtout lorsqu’on n’est pas préparé. Une chaise élévatrice est présente mais ne dessert que le niveau 0, ce qui peut compliquer l’accès aux étages supérieurs, notamment avec des bagages ou pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
La chambre n’était pas bien insonorisée : on entend les bruits provenant de l’extérieur ou des autres espaces.

Piccolo Hotel fuori dal centro, pulito e ben curato!
Pros:

Bellissimo appartamento al quale è stata fatta una bella ristrutturazione e molto bello anche l’attesa mento, con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli

Cons:

Camere molto piccole, molto attaccate l’una all’altra, è molto poco insonorizzate: alle prime ore dell’alba si sentiva qualsiasi rumore e voce. Bagno senza bidet e con getto d’acqua (sia doccia che lavandino) poco potente.

Great for city break!
Pros:

Bed was very comfy; we slept really well! Staff super friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating. Our curtain was broken and they sent someone to fix it without us even having to mention it.

Cons:

Water pressure a bit lacking and no bedside table on one side of the bed - would be nice to have one. Breakfast nice but a little limited, might be nice to have some more savoury options.
