Muy buena ubicacion, a metros de todas las atracciones. La atencion del personal tambien es excelente. Buen desayuno, con variedad. La habitacion fue remodelada hace poco.

Cons:

La habitacion es muy chica, casi no hay lugar para pasar. Habia olor a humedo en las habitaciones ni en el pasillo.

Posizione buonissima poco distante dal centro, poco distante dallo stadio Artemio Franchi 10 minuti al massimo a piedi, fermata dei mezzi pubblici a 50 metri .... colazione eccellente sia salata che dolce e cortesia dei preposti per la stessa.... Il bagno della camera era il bagno di una suite a 5 stelle con doccia biposto ... letti confortevoli e comodissimi .... tv in camera

Struttura pulita, in una zona tranquilla di Firenze e comoda anche per chi deve raggiungere lo stadio e il palazzetto. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Resta comunque una struttura a due stelle, con servizi essenziali. Il phon in camera era piuttosto basilare e migliorabile. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio privato perché al nostro arrivo era già completo.

The breakfast. And the bed. And the staff. Location was 20 minute plus walk from the old town but I didn't mind that.

Incompetenza ed arroganza.
Pros:

Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire dei servizi in quanto l’hotel ( in realtà un B&B) era chiuso. Arrivato davanti al portone con il mio codice d’accesso fornito dalla struttura non succede nulla. Telefono al numero di riferimento e un signore molto “Fiorentino” mi dice che la struttura è chiuso e che io sono stato riprenotato in altra struttura a circa 15 min a piedi. Mi infurio e grazie alla’assistenza di Booking verrò rimborsato.Pessima esperienza. Strutture gestite molto male. Evitatele.

Stanza per tre persone un po’ stretta, ma comunque comoda. Bagno molto grande. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salato. Posizione comoda, facilmente raggiungibile dal centro (con autobus, a piedi o con treno perché vicino c’è la stazione campo di Marte)
