Pros:

Great location right in Magsaysay Avenue, close to restaurants, cafes, bars, and groceries. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are attentive and very helpful. The welcome drink was also a very nice touch.

Cons:

The elevator takes some time but nothing too slow for inconvenience. Overall, it was a great stay!

Cons:

The hotel cancelled my reservation the same day we arrived in Bicol bec we were not paid yet( pay at the property option). They said they prioritized those who are already going to pay due to the holiday season. They should have given us time let's say 2 or 3 days before so we can find a way to pay immediately and why giving us the option to pay at the property. They should not have mention that in the first place. I was with my senior Aunt, and she was expecting that we will be staying at Litton. Even though the receptionist helped us find a hotel,wherein we can stay, still I was very disappointed with the whole process especially the reservation option

The breakfast was a highlight.. location is very ideal if you plan to hang out with friends since its surrounded by restaurants, cafes etc. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Me and my family will definitely book again in the future!
