Passable
Pros:

The place was in the middle of Naran and Kaghan. Location was fine. The owner was very cooperative. He was in سعودیہ but remained connected with us via whatsapp. Rooms very spacious and views were incredible!

Cons:

The garden area had tall grass which needed trimming because of which our kids couldnt play their and we couldn't risk to walk because of insects.

The food was overpriced and tasteless, there was no other options in the vicinity where we could have eated instead of the hotels food. The food was too bad.

The rooms were clean but there was no hot water.
We had booked for 2 nights, but having a poor experience we opted to leave in 1 night because traveling to far places to have good food or tea did not seem feasible.

We paid 18k for 2 rooms 6k for one dinner which we couldnt even eat properly.

If they focus on their kitchen and lower the food prices and focus on cleaning and maintaining the hotel , this place can be revisited other else its a big miss.

good to stay, but not good to sleep. and no internet
Pros:

the hotel location was good, river kunhar view from window of hotel.

Cons:

not good managing. people smoking near the rooms and we feel bad smell inside the room. no one stop them.
people talks the noise hurt us day and night.
there were no fan no heater no ac in the room we have to keep window open where we can listen staff voices and others voices. this really disturb our sleep either day or in night,

sleep less place.

and no toiletries in bath, excetp hand soap. no elevator,

and electricity go gradually. Internet suppose to be free, but they charged 200pkr for each phone, and it is also not working strongly.

moreover sightning areas doesnt have any data or mobile signals. very few places we found our pakistan phones are working,

Beautiful place
Pros:

River view, beautiful place, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Cons:

Hot water is available only for a few hours in the morning, paid internet I didn't like the bathroom. Only one big towel for two people, no shower gel, no tv
I would say that this is a 3 star hotel, maximum 4.

Excellent choice for peacefully stay with all facilities in new hotel building.
Pros:

Staff was very cooperative.
Hot water was available.
Hotel building us new.
Well painted, neat & clean new bedsheets, new blankets.
Quick service by staff.
24/7 electricity with backup available.
24/7 wi fi.

The stay was cosy and comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location, neat and clean rooms and were comfortable as well, staff was cooperative.

Cons:

Electricity was not available after around 12 am, hot water was only available in early morning and for internet you have to buy seperate 1 GB cards for Rs 200. The only problem was the cards kept on disconnecting and that was a little problem because there were no signals so we were relying only on internet to stay connected. I think the hotel should provide wifi and charge a fee for it instead of cards.
