Pros:

It's spacious and good budget option. Appr. 10-15 min the metro stations. Quiet neighbourhood, but good view from the 4th floor. Well equipped kitchen and good size bathroom.

Cons:

It's difficult to climb with suitcases. The toilet is really small.

Pros:

The location is very central. It's in a quiet and respectable neighborhood close to public transport. We had breakfast at home. The refrigerator, kitchen utensils, stove, etc. were quite sufficient.

Cons:

It was good that the toilet was separate from the bathroom, but the toilet itself was a bit small.

Was very easy to get to, close by to convenience stores and some great restaurants, however a little bit far from downtown tourist areas, but overall a very good location for its price

Cons:

The toilet room was extremely small and at 6 ft tall I had a very hard time. Even someone 5 ft tall might have issues

Ein wundervolles Ort! Super sauber, gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, und die Dachterrasse ist quasi einzigartig für Tokyo. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in Shinjuku. Wir verstehen auch nicht, warum andere so Probleme mit der Toilette hatten ich bin 1,91 Meter gross und passte problemlos drauf

Pros:

Neat new building with spacious rooms. Location was pretty good and for this price i would say great value. Terrace suite was very nice.

Waste collection system was a bit unclear. You can't sit straight in the Family suite bathroom if you have legs

Pros:

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel dans un quartier plutôt aisé.
Un peu loin de la station de métro.
Les quelque restaurant locaux étaient rarement ouverts en fonction de nos horaires

Cons:

La toilette est vraiment trop petite. La cuvette est collée au mur et il s'asseoir les jambes écartées. Dommage, car le reste de l'appartement est très agréable.

Quiet residential area. Decent location.

Cons:

Toilet room tiny. You couldn’t sit down facing forward as the wall was so close, had to sit sideways on with toilet door open and legs sticking out into the hallway.
Bed mattress was too hard for our taste.
No lift to apartment and steep stairs which was very difficult to deal with with our large heavy cases.

An excellent base but not an apartment to live out of.
Pros:

Great location. Only two stops from Shinjuku
Station with two metro lines nearby. Local supermarket and izakaya are also handy. Very quiet neighborhood despite being in the middle of the city.

Cons:

The bed was rock hard which I did not find comfortable. The kitchen could be better equipped. There was no pot and no mugs nor any helpful items like oil or salt. We had to drink coffee from bowls. As other reviews have said, the space in the toilet is very limited but workable (I'm 5' 11"). Despite these issues, we would stay here again.
