Bon rapport qualité prix dans un emplacement de qualité!
Pros:

Emplacement très bien proche des stations de métro de Shinjuku.

Cons:

Les toilettes sont clairement trop petite l’espace entre le bout de la cuvette et le mur en face est inférieur à 20cm. Un homme de petite taille ou une femme ne peut pas s’asseoir sans écarter excessivement les jambe afin de tenir correctement sur les toilettes

Great location and spotless room
Pros:

The room was perfectly clean. The location was very convenient, close to my daughter's school, within walking distance to the hospital I visited every day, and with convenience stores just nearby.

Cons:

The sofa bed didn't have sheets, and it was dirty from the previous guest, so we had to wash the comforter and mattress pad ourselves and could't sleep the first night. Powder detergent was provided, but liquid detergent from a nearby drugstore works much better.

Overall I would recommend it for the price.
Pros:

The location is good. The balcony is excellent for views. It’s a cozy budget space ideal for 4 or less with the two main beds.

Cons:

The bathroom is very small and hard for tall people. The extra pillows and linens did not have covers and were somewhat dirty. Providing covers for all linens would improve the experience.

設備に対していろいろコメントしましたが、総じて満足でした！
Pros:

比較的静かだった。
アパートメントホテルなので
部屋は広めで過ごしやすかった。

清掃はないが変えのタオルを
1階の倉庫から自由にとれるのでよかった。

ベットが寝やすかった。

Cons:

トイレが変な匂いがしたが、
それを消す機能がなかった。
（消臭剤を置けばよいが３泊だったので
　買うのも微妙だった）

アメニティができれば歯ブラシ
以外もほしいと感じた。

厚い羽毛布団がほしかった。

Ampio appartamento comodo ben collegato!
Pros:

Appartamento molto spazioso cosa difficile da trovare a Tokyo! Abbiamo fatto colazione a casa e anche una cena da asporto e la cucina aveva tutto l’occorrente! La stanza era silenziosissima e il check in in autonomia è stato davvero facile e comodo! Sicuramente lo consiglio ❤️

Cons:

Nulla. Noi avevamo il pass per la metro quindi abbiamo usato sempre quella anche se distava 10/15 minuti massimo a piedi. So che in zona passano anche gli autobus ma non li abbiamo provati. Comunque cercavamo un posto in una zona abbastanza comoda ai mezzi ma con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! La consiglio ☺️
