Pros:

Quiet residential area. Decent location.

Cons:

Toilet room tiny. You couldn’t sit down facing forward as the wall was so close, had to sit sideways on with toilet door open and legs sticking out into the hallway.
Bed mattress was too hard for our taste.
No lift to apartment and steep stairs which was very difficult to deal with with our large heavy cases.

An excellent base but not an apartment to live out of.
Pros:

Great location. Only two stops from Shinjuku
Station with two metro lines nearby. Local supermarket and izakaya are also handy. Very quiet neighborhood despite being in the middle of the city.

Cons:

The bed was rock hard which I did not find comfortable. The kitchen could be better equipped. There was no pot and no mugs nor any helpful items like oil or salt. We had to drink coffee from bowls. As other reviews have said, the space in the toilet is very limited but workable (I'm 5' 11"). Despite these issues, we would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, à 10min à pied de la station de métro, le logement est spacieux et propre.

Bon rapport qualité prix dans un emplacement de qualité!
Pros:

Emplacement très bien proche des stations de métro de Shinjuku.

Cons:

Les toilettes sont clairement trop petite l’espace entre le bout de la cuvette et le mur en face est inférieur à 20cm. Un homme de petite taille ou une femme ne peut pas s’asseoir sans écarter excessivement les jambe afin de tenir correctement sur les toilettes
