This hotel offers excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bien placé mais une chambre veillotte
Pros:

La situation centrale de cet hôtel, à deux pas de la rue la plus fréquentée de Playa del Carmen. Nous avons pu garer nos voiture dans un parking extérieur privé à proximité. Le petit déjeuner servi dans un autre établissement non loin était excellent.

Cons:

L'odeur dans la chambre en rentrant et malheureusement pas d'eau chaude dès notre arrivée le soir. Elle a été rétablie juste avant notre départ donc trop tard !

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, queda cerca de los diferentes centros de interés. A pesar de su ubicación, los ruidos no fueron un problema, se sienten un poco pero hasta un horario limitado ( 23:00 aprox) y sólo en algunos días de la semana.
La atención del personal es muy bueno, en especial de Saúl. Sus sugerencias en lugares para comer y visitar me ayudaron un montón.

Cons:

Nada, lo que ofrece el lugar es lo que buscaba.

La mala informacion, la mala atencion (siempre preicupadas del celular),del perso al de recepcion. Problemas con agua caliente sin secador de pelo reposicion de toallas.

Bra läge med urusel personal och service.
Pros:

Rummet var stort och bra standard.

Cons:

Personalen och servicen var den sämsta jag någonsin upplevt.
Satt mest som frågetecken i receptionen och blev förvånade att wifi var nere för fjärde dagen i rad.
Om man byter ut dem till några som vet vad service är och fyller på vatten varje dag så skulle det vara ett helt ok budgethotell. (Fick två små flaskor till 6pers endast vid ankomst)
