Lokalizacja hotelu w punkt - do plaży i do centrum niedaleko. Rowery w cenie noclegu bardzo dobrym stanie, zawsze dostępne w dużej ilości. Śniadanie na prawdę pyszne!

Cons:

Drzwi do pokoju przepuszczały każdy dźwięk, więc obsługa rozmawiająca o 6 rano przy basenie mnie budziła, ale ja mam lekki sen. Mąż ani drgnął ;)

Хорошее расположение. Хороший матрас и подушки, комфортно было спать. Горячая вода и ванна.

A Hidden Boutique Hotel with Charm and Hospitality.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They came to my rescue when I was out on the bicycle and got a flat tire due to a nail. The breakfast was good, simple with a modest amount of options. The wifi was good, A/C in the room worked well.

Cons:

The facilities are good, basic and provided a comfortable stay. The location is a bit far from active areas, but the bicycles were helpful. It was challenging to get hot water in the shower. Our balcony had absolutely no privacy, looking out and exposed to several homes, street traffic and other hotels.

I booked two rooms at Royal Mansion. I was initially placed in a junior suite located at the back of the hotel, directly overlooking a rooster coop, which was quite loud and smelly. I requested a room change, and the staff kindly granted it. The new room was lovely, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were.

The staff throughout the stay were fantastic - we were greeted with big smiles every morning, which made a great start to the day. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety to choose from.

Overall, once the room issue was resolved, it was a very pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service.

Meget venlig og hjælpsom personale, dejligt at vi kunne låne cykler som var ret nye og gode.

Cons:

Blev ret skuffet da det har fået 4 stjerner på Booking og det levede det ikke op til. Hotellet betegner sig selv som 3 stjernet og det er højt sat. Små værelser, meget sparsomt morgenmad, og udsigt til en have der var fyldt op med affald.

PERFECT
Pros:

This is my second visit to the hotel after a year, and I’m pleased to see many positive changes. What impressed me the most, however, was that Tina at the front desk still remembered my name and face so clearly after all this time. Her warm welcome truly made me feel at home.

Được tiếp đón rất nhiệt tình, staff xách hành lý lên tận phòng. Bể bơi đẹp và sạch sẽ, bao quanh là hành lang vào các phòng, phủ cây xanh tươi mát, không khí của khách sạn rất fresh, yên bình. Mọi thứ trong phòng đều tiện nghi, bedding tốt, nệm và gối rất sướng, khu vực vệ sinh đều sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại khách sạn!

Las instalaciones están cuidadas y son prácticamente nuevas.

La insonorización de las habitaciones y el no cumplimiento de los horarios establecidos por parte del hotel (niños jugando en la piscina y gritando a las 6am sin que el personal del hotel les llamara la atención).
El desayuno es muy pobre. El primer día era tipo buffet bastante escaso pero el segundo día ni siquiera quiera había eso y te daban a elegir entre huevos o noodles…
