Cons:

the host not at all friendly, not clean , ants and inscets crawling everywhere , AC not working in few rooms and water draining from indoor unit . if any porblem you have to wait for next working day

When we arrived at the hotel, they said that the room was not available because the building was being renovated. They recommended that we stay at another place and the hotel took us to another hotel (Moc Lam ) and arranged everything for us.

Spacious, clean, esthetic
Pros:

The room is super spacious, high speed wifi, lots of power socket, king bed, esthetic, clean. Got kettle and fridge, wardrobe. It is just that the towel size is slightly small. The water pressure is slightly low maybe because this room is 4th floor. The cons is no elevator. But the staff helped us to bring the luggage together. So those who carry 30kg luggage onwards need to do some workout hahaha

It was quite noisy, like if the walls made of paper, could hear everything in the next rooms and the stairs. When we came to check in there was nobody there. And it feels like there's still nobody there ever since. Kind of cheapest hotels in the area so it's a good place to stay for locals apparently.

Perfect location, near river but not noisy
Pros:

Location was perfect. Near the river, near shops, most importantly near halal food as well! The woman was so helpful and accommodating to our requests.

Cons:

The room is quite small, but we did not spend much time in the room, so that's fine.

Pros:

The noodle & coffee next door was awesome... Will might as well stay next door next time. Location good to take the bus and go around Grandworld.

Cons:

Check in was hard as the couple doesn't speak English.. the room was smaller than expected. The mat outside the bathroom was black and dirty, cannot absorb water and looks like never cleaned. They give a very small quilt for the queen bed, asked for another blanket, got one but not comfortable. The bathroom was dirty with spider web and smoke kept coming in from the ventilator, not sure why, so it was smelly. Didn't have a comfortable stay sadly.

The owner at the his hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Pros:

Very nice and clean room, comfortable bed, good location if you want to leave inside the village as it’s on a quiter side but still just 3 min walk to everything. Keep in mind that there’s no elevator in the building. And also barely any breakfast options around the place as the whole village seems to be active mostly at afternoon.
