Un séjour dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps tellement nous avons été choyés, mon épouse et moi.
Pros:

Le grand confort, la propreté, la qualité de l'acceuil et le professionnalisme du personnel dévoué à mettre beaucoup d'énergie à déployer une grande qualité de service. Une gentillesse sans pareille de la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Notre arrivée ou nous n'avons pas pu entrer à l'heure précisé sur la réservation, à savoir 14H00. Nous sommes entrés à 15H00. Nous étions fatigués et la chambre n'était pas prête suite à une arrivée massive de clients, plus de 100 touristes au CHECK IN à 13H00 lors de notre arrivée mais cela ne devait pas entraver notre arrivée en chambre à l'heure. Sinon, tout notre séjour a été vraiment très sympa et de très bonne qualité.

לא התחברתי לקטע על החיסכון לשמור על כדור הארץ שהמלון מקדם מלון ברמה כזאת לא צריך ובמחיר בהתאם לא צריך לחסוך דבר שמשפיע קצת על המתקנים כגון ג'קוזי, סאונות שסגורות תמיד וצריך לבקש שיפעילו אותם הבר בבריכה לא מאויש בצוות וגם אם יש מישהו לא נגשים להציע משקאות ואם אם רוצים להזמין וכדומה

Về tổng thể khách sạn thiết kế phòng ổn, view tầng thượng đẹp nhưng có mấy trải nghiệm không tốt.

Tôi có 4 điều không ưng ý về khách sạn:
- Check in quá lâu! Mặc dù tôi hiểu là ngày lễ đông khách nhưng để khách đợi quá lâu cũng là trải nghiệm không tốt
- Osen nam không có xông hơi nóng và bể nước nóng. Onsen nữ không có bể nước nóng
- Khi ra về gia đình tôi có để quên thùng xốp còn nguyên niêm phong, trước khi ra khỏi khách sạn, nhân viên lễ tân có nói với tôi là sẽ check phòng nếu có phát sinh cần phải thu thêm tiền hoặc chúng tôi có để quên đồ thì khách sạn sẽ báo lại cho chúng tôi qua điện thoại. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi không nhận được bất kỳ cuộc gọi nào từ khách sạn mặc dù chúng tôi còn ở lại Hải Phòng thêm 3 tiếng đồng hồ trước khi rời đi. Hôm sau tôi có gọi điện thoại để phản ánh lại sự việc, nhân viên lễ tân cũng xin lại số điện thoại và email để báo quản lý liên hệ lại với chúng tôi nhưng từ hôm 03/5/2026 đến hôm nay là 12/5/2026 tôi không nhận được bất kỳ thông tin nào từ phía khách sạn.
- Mùi hương của sảnh, lễ tân khách sạn không dễ chịu đối với toàn bộ gia đình tôi gồm 14 người.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel, das Beste der Stadt!
Geräumige Zimmer, ruhig und schöne Ausstattung mit Pools und großem Fitness. Spa machte auch einen sehr professionellen Eindruck wie auch die dortigen Restaurants. Freundliche Mitarbeiter!
