The renovate the appt. But still there is alot of simple improvement that can be done , especially to toilet and living room , and they should remove the breakfast, as there what you called a lounge attached to reception operated by another owner and single waiter is providing shisha in the morning and the same for barista and very bad food quality , beside that the reception didn’t informed him that there is a guest with B&B ,,beside the very poor menu as well, which I asked to refund my breakfast value as well for the rest of my staying , as well there is only one elevator for the whole building used by everyone ,, an

No item seemed fresh, accept the eggs which he fried at that time
If one want to stay here for a night or two, it is better to arrange for his own breakfast

1- Parking is very small and not enough and in bad location
2- The room size is very small even I booked suit
3- They take insurance 200 sar during check-in that is very strange !!
4- Breakfast is not good and no open buffet
5- There’s no security lock on the room that’s dangerous for the kids
6- Delay in check-out after checking the room, then return 200 sar that’s is funny and doubting you may took something
7- Bad service, nobody is helping for luggage, and room is very far from entrance, you have to walk much with your stuff to reach your room
8- No place to handle the towels …etc
9- During booking, it’s mentioned that the hotel (By Warwick) but in actual it’s completely separate hotel not branch
