Pros:

The location was excellent with great lagoon views, very quiet - the town is about a mile away. Spacious bedroom and friendly staff. Nice swimming pool regularly cleaned.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have choice at breakfast. The lunch/dinner menu looked good but nothing was available. It would be helpful for the staff to inform us that only the specials on the board were available.
I did not appreciate being telephoned twice to be told that breakfast was ready but the reason became obvious when we got to the restaurant and found our breakfast already cooked and plated up for us.

Pros:

A nice place to relax in a beautiful environment. Convenient pool, bar and restaurant. Staff ready to assist you, specially Mrs. Franca, the kindest recepcionist, who has been helping me since my arrival, arranging also my transfer to Aflao border.

Cons:

Nothing interesting around, but it doesn't matter if you just want to relax.

Pros:

A tranquil hideaway where you could write a book overnight. The hotel overlooks the lagoon, ensuring an uninterrupted magnificent view and enjoyment of clean fresh air. It is located just an hour's drive from the Togolese capital Lome.

Pros:

Luxury stay with pool and room service. Good dinner and breakfast. Great view from Balcony over the lagoon and from the outside restaurant. Reat for birding. Save parking place. Technician helped with tools to fix the battery clamps of our car for going on. Highlife-Music at pool bar

A beautiful place to stay!
Pros:

The rooms are very nice and clean.
The beds very comfortable

Cons:

The staff at the Restaurant is very slowly, it took hrs to get food, coffee, tea. I think they need to undergo a training.
Every morning I‘ve got my breakfast in parts, like, it took them more than 30 minutes to serve all. Coffee Cup, then 20 minutes later the hot water, etc.
The food was very good, but it needs better coordination for this price.

The location in proximity to the beach was good.

Cons:

The description of the room I booked did not exist. I did not get the room I booked. I was charged more than the booking price and was not given a detailed breakdown of the charges even though I asked for one. This is what the booking said about the room

“This family room boasts a pool with a view, hot tub and fireplace. Offering free toiletries, this family room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath and a bidet. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the fully equipped kitchen. The family room also has a barbecue. This air-conditioned family room is comprised of a dining area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services a washing machine and a terrace. The unit offers 2 beds.”

There was no view of the pool, no hot tub and no fireplace. There were no free toiletries, no bath and no bidet. There was no stovetop, dishwasher or fully equipped kitchen. There was no barbecue, no dining area or washing machine.

I asked if they had a room with all these facilities and they said no. Very disappointing to believe you have booked something that actually does not exist. You need to amend the booking description so you do not deceive people.
