Only good thing is location. Facility spacious but in horrible condition very dirty and furniture not usable. Beefto

Found it on Booking.com. Selected based on reviews, location and picture.

Cons:

Very dirty — dirt and mold found every where. Furniture bad condition. Bed was horrible. Bedding pathetic. Will not stay there again unless it is renovated. Pictures were deceiving.

Nice & Convenient
Pros:

The hotel is located next to a shopping mall which has many shops and restaurants. Check in was a little strange as the building lobby is not the hotel lobby. You have to go to their office instead.

Cons:

We booked a 3-bedroom unit. However, to go to the 3rd bedroom, you have to enter through the 2nd bedroom, at bit inconvenient.
While there seems to be a small "kitchen" area with a sink and fridge, it doesn't have a microwave so we couldn't heat up our food.
Overall, the place is still pretty spacious.

Nice apartment, hard to find!
Pros:

Nice apartment, with 2 rooms. Washing machine was very useful. Nice views. Linen was clean, staff helpful. About $20 from North station in a taxi.

Cons:

It was really hard to find! The location map is incorrect it is actually farther down the street and you walk to the back of the MixC shopping centre. The entrance says Golden suites apartments. You need directions in Chinese to find it or ask at the info desk in the shopping mall.
