Facilities are a scam
Pros:

The location and the room size was apt for us.

Cons:

1. The bathroom had a constant smell
2. Late night there was a lot of noise like people fighting on the corridor and the staff did nothing to reduce the sound. It lasted 15-20mins.
3. They gave us a room on the top floor and in the morning (peak summer time), power goes and they proudly claim they don't have back up for a basic necessity as a fan instead they have back up for all the lights in the room. You could get cooked in that room.
4. The neighborhood noise also lasted beyond 10. Some people were singing with mic and speakers. The noise level is not checked here.
5. There were no toiletries like shampoo and conditioner.
6. They did not provide water bottles.

Overall not a great experience. Irresponsible staff. I have worked in a dorm/hostels before and i know how things can be turned around. Disheartening experience.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, el dormitorio que me tocó estaba limpio y acorde. Alguno de los dormitorios que le tocó a mi grupo no tenía ventana. Salvo esto, el resto bien. Buena calidad/precio. Muy bien ubicado cerca de todo

El wifi desde mi habitación era muy limitado.

Personal und Lage waren top. Für 1 Nacht ok, wenn man nicht mehr investieren möchte.

I mentioned it and messaged but no reply. Eventually I gave up and just used a head torch!
