Pros:

**Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth ₹2,000**

A complete waste of money. The room was **extremely small with no proper ventilation**. There was **no hot water, no drinking water, and apparently no room service**.

The tap was broken, and there were **no towels or soap** provided. Even the body wash was basically just a couple of drops diluted with water.

When I complained at the reception, the attitude was basically, **“You have already paid, so there is no option—just stay.”** There was absolutely no sense of customer service or concern.

The property is also **not elderly-friendly**. The iron staircase is difficult to climb, especially for older people. There is **no proper car parking** either.

For **₹2,000**, the facilities and service were nowhere close to what should reasonably be expected. Overall, a very disappointing stay and definitely **not worth the money**.

Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. It's worth the money.

Cons:

The washroom was so awful 😖. There's no toiletries was there. When i asked it thy said everything is there at in the washroom. Even no toilet roll was there. And some parts of the washroom was not even cleaned. When the first time i saw the washroom i felt like they abandoned it for a week.
