The bathroom light didn't work.
I mentioned it and messaged but no reply. Eventually I gave up and just used a head torch!

Location was good

Cons:

Four bed dorm was awful. Beds old and curtains broken.
Room was small with no fresh air, very foisty and
Smelly. I didn’t even stay the night, I checked out after two hours

Very friendly staff. Accommodating.

Cons:

Wifi at times wouldn't connect, Require a boost. Bathrooms need cleaning and dustbin, even when clients are occupied their space! Tnx for trying.

Pros:

Locality of the residency
Bed facility , cup board

Cons:

No independent water heater inside the room.
During winter season , this residency is not preferable since no sufficient hot water is coming .
Bad adour inside the bath room is there .
Cup board with mirror set ip.lights are not working .

Complementary breakfast orders are to be received in time in advance themselves with clear menu .
Otherwise customers may not avail this facility properly . Proper follow up must be there by the management .

Ganz gutes Hotel
Pros:

Wir durften das Zimmer früher beziehen ohne Aufpreis. Das Personal war freundlich. Sehr gute Lage um Kochi zu erkunden. Kein Gestank im Bad!

Cons:

Laken und Bezüge waren leider sehr stark fleckig. Raum sehr klein, man hatte kaum Platz.
