This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

La habitación era grande, limpia y con muy buena iluminación para el día. La cama era grande y las sábanas súper suaves. Estaba como nuevo todo y me gustó la decoración sencilla, pero con estilo.
La ducha no tenía mucha presión, pero no sé si sea característico de la zona.
Very spacious and clean room. Very well situated. Useful and clear information for the check in. We definitely recommended to anyone who wants to visit Porto.
Bellissime stanze , molto ampie e molto pulite
Caldo e ventilatore davvero poco funzionante, luci poco luminose e mancanza di tende alle finestre.
O apartamento era excelente, muito confortável, uma ótima relação preço-qualidade.
Entregaram apenas 4 toalhas para 4 noites, para 2 hóspedes, é o único ponto a melhorar
was all in all a nice place and good value for money. It was clean and pretty much as described online. Also location was pretty central.
The staff were always giving us plain standard answers via WhatsApp that weren‘t really helpful - as it was coming from a Chatbot. We had an issue with the toilet on the first day which got 'fixed' pretty soon, even on a Saturday. I‘m writing 'fixed' because the issue remained, also after the mechanic came and had a look at it. The toilet kept running during our entire stay.
Also we have asked to give us a heads up before the mechanic guy came into our room - which hasn‘t happened. Also it‘s not possible to leave luggage anywhere in the place before/after your stay.
The location was absolutely amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for better. The room is large and the views are amazing (when you can open the doors). It was nice to feel a bit like you were in your own apartment and it was very secure getting in and out. The shower towels were nice and large and great quality.
The listing clearly states that the property has AC, and it DOES NOT. We were in the middle of the heat wave in Europe, and we only had 1 small fan to try and help cool us down. Our options were to get no sunlight in the room during the day, and not get to enjoy the views while we were in the space - or have the temperature in the room increase to unbearable levels. Then at night we had to have the doors open to let in a breeze and try to cool down the room - but then we didn't feel secure because the balcony connected to other areas and it was very loud because we're in a populated / busy part of town. There was no winning in that situation. We didn't let it ruin our time, but it was definitely disappointing and made it hard to get a good nights rest - especially because the bedding had plastic/ polyester on it so it was VERY HOT.
There was no 'room upkeep' service, we only had 1 towel each for the entire stay, there was no soap to wash the dishes (coffee cups etc).

Para la temporada de verano creo que hace falta instalar aires acondicionados. El ventilador no es suficiente.
Il b&b è situato nel quartiere di Ribeira,la zona storica di Porto,a pochi passi dal fiume Douro. La stanza era grande e confortevole, l'host era molto disponibile,ha sempre risposto su WhatsApp alle nostre richieste.
Non c'era l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore. Il frigo era dentro un vecchio mobile,non facile da aprire.
La ubicación fue lo único que me gusto mas y lo grande del espacio de la habitación.
Que en verano no tuvieran ventilador al menos ni aire acondicionado me pareció inaceptable, estuvimos durmiendo con picaduras de mosquitos, mucho calor e incomodidad, no podíamos abrir las ventanas porque el ruido de la construcción cerca nos despertaba en la mañana de igual manera lo hacía porque las ventanas no tienen insonorización y se escuchaba igual el ruido. Además de que pedimos un ventilador y nunca nadie se acerco a traer uno, aun haciendo la reclamación. Y por si no fuera mucho, el lavamanos del baño no bajaba el agua y se quedaba todo tapado, bastante asqueroso usarlo asi.
