Important information:

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The location was great! Walking distance from alot of sights.

Cons:

We stayed here during a colder weekend, and unfortunately both the place and the water were very cold. There was a small heater available, but it wasn’t powerful enough to warm the entire space, so it didn’t really solve the issue.

Customer service is extremely important to me, and this is where I felt the stay fell short. We messaged the property on WhatsApp about the discomfort and cold, but there was no real effort to improve the situation. The only suggestion was to use a fan to circulate heat, which didn’t help. Responses were also quite delayed, which made the experience more frustrating.

I was also disappointed to be charged extra for luggage storage. In my experience with other hotels and Airbnbs, this is typically included. While this fee was technically listed after check-in among many other details, it’s unrealistic to expect guests to catch every small extra cost — especially when time slots fill up quickly and this information is only seen the night before.

Overall, the place has potential, but communication, and guest comfort would make a big difference.

A fantastic and charming room in a beautiful city!
Pros:

The space was very chic and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Stunning views of the river. Very easy and convenient self-check in also appreciated.

Cons:

Truly the only minor negative was that the room didn’t have AC (which we knew beforehand and which is very normal in Portugal, to be fair). I think ordinarily this wouldn’t bother us but the city was experiencing a heat wave when we were there so the room did get a little stuffy. We opened windows the first evening, which helped, but then a few flies got in so for the rest of the stay we just made do with the fan.

Es una estafa, no tiene nada que ver con lo que se enseña.

Lo único destacable es la localización, el resto no merece la pena. La suciedad, el calor que hace en la habitación y el trato de los responsables es pésimo.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el alojamiento no se correspondía con la fotos, la habitación era pequeña, estaba sucia, había varios elementos rotos y no cuenta con aire acondicionado como marca en la descripción, solo con un ventilador. Tras contactar el personal del hotel en multitud de ocasiones no nos facilitaron nada y la única opción fue que nos fuéramos. Tampoco nos facilitaron el libro de reclamaciones. Una experiencia que no quiero volver a repetir.

Habitación espectacular en el corazón de Oporto
Pros:

Habitación excepcional, muy amplia, con sofá, espejo, mesa y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación era excelente, con vistas al río. Excelente estancia.

The room needs some work, and air conditioning.

I liked the size of the property, cleanliness and close to everything.

Cons:

No air codification, it was really warm and it was a small fan for the size of the room. The roof had a big hole, the hot water didn’t work well.

Muito desagradável, principalmente a parte do banho haver água fria apenas e a água sair toda para fora do duche, não ir

O duche deitava água para fora do box e apenas o chuveiro do teto dava, o de mão não dava, e no segundo dia ao final do dia fomos tomar banho e n havia água quente. Viu se que foram obras feitas ao desenrasque, janelas não isolavam o som da rua eram bastante antigas, a cama chiava ao mínimo movimento, as empregadas da limpeza não fizeram limpeza nenhuma, nem a cama fizeram (nunca tinha visto tal coisa) e não havia luz no teto, apenas dois pequenos candeeiros. Com certeza não irei voltar.
