Important information:

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The view and location were good.

Cons:

The floor was too squeaky and the lack of utensils is ridiculous as there weren’t any. We paid for an apartment and these are the basic essentials excepted for a stay in a hotel let along an apartment. No spoons let along forks knifes or anything else. Two cups only. Bare bare minimum. Very disappointing.

Decepcionante, muy viejo, necesita reformas.

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro

Cons:

Necesita reformas: el suelo estaba desnivelado, al igual que el WC y la ducha que tenía el suelo y las paredes con mucho desgaste y falta de mantenimiento. Tuve que ducharme con las chanclas ya que el suelo le faltaban algunas baldosas y estaban muy negras del moho.

Saubere Unterkunft an zentraler Lagem dafür nachts bis 24 Uhr lärmig.

Gute Lage nahe bei Ponte Luis 1.

Cons:

Nachts lärmig da oberhalb Restaurant. Küchengeruch wenn man in die Unterkunft kommt. Wäre gut gewesen wenn es ein Teller und Besteck gehabt hätte.

Excellent value and the location is perfect.
Pros:

Location and view were perfect and the room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Can be a little noisy from the street but worth it for location and view. it did'nt bother us too much and it was mostly in the morning, so we were already awake. nothing a small set of ear plugs wouldnt solve and room size and location trumped any down sides.

Superlage, romantisch - ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um Porto zu erkunden
Pros:

Lage ist super, Zimmer im 3.Stock auch leise trotz Straßenverkehr. Die Restaurants gleich unterhalb sind sehr gut. Sehr nett auch Wasserkessel und Tee, sowie Nespressomaschine + Kapseln im Zimmer, eine Flasche Wasser. Ich finde das macht gleich gute Stimmung, wenn man so "Erstversorgt" wird :-) Wir hatten eines der großen Apartments, die sind auch für längere Aufenthalte groß genug.

Cons:

Generell etwas abgewohnt, Badezimmer könnte Renovierung brauchen (Waschtisch hängt schräg, Duscharmatur war teilweise defekt.) Zu viele Lichtschalter ;-)

Great location, spacious room, good value
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, right near the river close to the Palacio da Bolsa -- a main tourist attraction -- and the tourist tram end stop. The room was very large and had a coffee maker and refrigerator and comfortable bed, couch and desk. The bathroom was adequate and did have a hair dryer. There is NO staff -- but they send you an email with details about how to get into the main door and how to get the key to your room. It all worked well. Our view was of the river so it was really nice - and was not noisy (except when a group of motorcycles went by). Overall really a good value though i would not consider it luxurious.
One suggestion if you are staying here -- instead of telling the taxi, Uber or GPS the actual address, put in the coordinates for the Tram Restaurant R. Nova da Alfândega 1, 4050-253 Porto -- and then walk down the street on the backside of the restaurant. It is just 2 doors away from that. If you put in the actual hotel address, since it's a tiny one-way street- you will be going out of your way to get there.

Cons:

I realize this is nothing they can change, but there is no elevator, so walking up several flights with suitcases can be a bit tough. Also, they need a light at the front door. We arrived after dark and had a hard time finding the hotel because the painted sign on the front window was not visible and the light over the door showing the number was not working. That also made it hard to see the keypad.

Foi agradável e serviu bem o propósito.
Pros:

O quarto era agradável, confortável e espaçoso, tinha café, chá e frigorífico, o que ajudou nos pequenos almoços e era próximo do local do evento e tinha muitos restaurantes perto.

Cons:

O facto de ser no 2º andar e não ter vista para o rio.

Good value for money
Pros:

Huge rooms, great location, lovely building, quiet at night

Cons:

We booked a room which on the pictures was completely different. This wouldn’t usually disappoint us but the bathroom we had was not nice and didn’t match how nice the rest of the property was. There was black grime in the tiles of the shower. It wasn’t pleasant to shower in.

visites de Porto très bon séjour, les services, restos, métros, train sont pratiques et a proximités
Pros:

le lieu tres bien placé pour les visites et calme

Cons:

Nous y étions tout début mars (après une période froid et humide de février), il y faisait frais dans l'appartement, il n'y a pas de chauffage fixe ( juste un léger radiateur d'appoint) et pas de couette ou couverture supplémentaire.
Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas changées tous les jours.
