This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Como si estuvieras en un cortijo antiguo, pero en una ubicación excelente.

El alojamiento estaba sucio, las paredes tenían humedad, la pintura desconchada, las ventanas agrietadas. Es necesario que hagan reforma y pongan las habitaciones adecuadas al precio. La ubicación. La cama, el tamaño de la habitación, estuvimos en la Hank.

Cons:

Iluminación artificial muy escasa. El lavabo, es diminuto. Calefacción muy escasa con un radiador eléctrico muy pequeño, muy ruidoso al haber un terraza de un restaurante debajo. Vidrio sobre la puerta que deja pasar la luz de la escalera toda la noche.

They don’t have enough warm water for showers!!! I had a shower for 7 minutes and when my boyfriend went to shower after me it wasn’t no warm water! We messaged the staff and they said that’s a normal thing, which is ridiculous because if they knew, they should have told us before the booking was confirmed!

Nicht zu empfehlen, einmal und nie wieder

Die Lage ist super. Man erreicht alles schnell zu Fuß und hat einen tollen Blick über den Douro. Direkt am Haus sind 2 Bushaltestellen und die Haltestelle der Tram. Restaurants sind direkt im Untergeschoß des Hauses und in den Nebenhäusern. Es war sauber und das Studio ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, leider ist nur der erste Eindruck sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr hart und könnten eine neue Matratze gebrauchen. Der Altbaucharme wird massiv getrübt, wenn man weiß, dass die Balkonfenster einfach verglast sind und auf eine gut befahrene Durchgangstrasse gehen. 2 Bushaltestellen und die Tramhaltestelle waren zusammen mit dem Verkehr auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr laut. In der ersten Nacht stand neben dem Bett das Wasser, da es von der Decke tropfte. Wir haben es gemeldet und mit Handtüchern aufgewischt. Man bat uns ein Foto zu machen, obwohl die Decke nicht das erste Mal undicht war. Das war gut zu sehen, auch an 2 anderen Stellen des Studios. Am Tag danach bekamen wir noch nicht einmal neue Handtücher. geliefert. Im Bad gibt es keine einzige Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Löcher der ursprünglichen Handtuchhaken sind mit Gips zugeschmiert. Erst auf wiederholte Nachfrage bekamen wir am 3. Tag neue Handtücher. Wir hatten den Eindruck mit künstlicher Intelligenz zu kommunizieren.
