This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

La ubicación y la amplitud del espacio !

La ubicacion, inmejorable
Posizione e vista
Sanitari malamente fissati a parete, doccia senza soffione (tubo presente, ma chiuso), miscelatore senza leva. Lenzuola appoggiate al materasso (nuovo), ma senza coprimaterasso. Lasciano il kit cucina per lavare i piatti e persino il panno, ma non ha senso, visto che c'è solo il lavandino del bagno. Mancano anche i cucchiaini per mescolare il caffè, che ho chiesto alla signora delle pulizie, ma non li ha trovati neppure negli altri alloggi. Manca in condizionatore, ma a metà settembre non ci è servito. Divani e poltrone in tessuto decisamente sporchi. Posizione strategica, ma per quella cifra penso sia doveroso sistemare i bagni, pulire tappezzeria divani e mettere un coprimaterasso.

- hałas z ulicy (przez większość doby, nawet w nocy - auta ze zmodyfikowanym wydechem, motocykle, trąbienie na autobusy itp.)
- brak klimatyzacji
- ulica nad rzeką jest wyjątkowo ruchliwa
Perfecto
-Handy location to riverside; the historic tram located metres away
-A bus to the airport/bus terminal also located close by
-Sparsely furnished so lots of space
-a laundry located about 50m away
-dining and bars located within easy walking distance
-there was a small minibar fridge (located in a large portable cabinet)
-Poor lighting - no ceiling lights except bathroom
-some maintenance issues (reported but not dealt with); leaking shower & protruding nails in timber floor)
-The apartment overlooks a narrow pedestrian street (doesn’t face the river) with outdoor dining literally below you, however it’s located above a restaurant which has a noisy extractor fan below bathroom (and noisy customers at times); the fan stops when the restaurant closes (around 11pm)
-Walk back to centre is a bit steep so not great for mobility challenged (though buses opposite run into the centre)
-The apartment is located on 1st floor up 2 flights of stairs; it’s an old building with no lift
-There is no air conditioning - a small fan is provided; windows can be opened but then noise from restaurant outdoor seating and traffic is more noticeable.
-No curtains so shutters need to be closed for privacy.
L'emplacement, la literie très confortable
Le bruit terrible de la rue toute la nuit, même avec les fenêtres fermées, la douche à moitié fonctionnelle, qui donne l'impression de se laver avec un tuyau d'arrosage, l'absence de couverts, la chaleur dans l'appartement (pas de clim, juste un ventilateur)

I was a walking camino, luggage transfer Pilbeo cannot get to take my luggage. I have to wait to open a front door but it was a small thing. Overall i still like Innvict.
An absolutely perfect place to stay for a Porto trip. Apartment was superb and especially as it was so close to parking and all the sights of Porto
Everything was good
Very good location close to restaurants, tram and short walk to the river and bridge. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. Easy to check-in and check-out.
No fire alarms (health and safety hazard). During my last night I found what appeared to be a cockroach
