Pros:

Останавливаемся в 4-ый раз в этом отеле. Очень удобное расположение отеля к центру, ЖД и авто вокзалам, рядом много кафе и ресторанов.
Выбираем этот отель за чистоту и размер номера, удобные кровати, хорошие подушки и невесомые одеяла. Здесь вы точно хорошо отдохнёте.
В номере чайник, пакетики кофе/чая.
Хорошее освещение в номере и в ванной.
Можно оставить вещи в багажной комнате до и после заселения.
После окончания проживания отель высылает вам на почту счёт.

Cons:

Первый раз снижаю оценку этому отелю. Причина в девушке не рецепшн при заселении в отель.
Путешествую с сыном 25 лет. Этот отель был шестым в нашей поездке. Все бронирования осуществлялись с моего аккаунта Booking, соответственно в бронировании указано мое имя и имя сына. Рецепшеонист начинает выяснять у сына кто я ему. Задаёт ещё какие- то вопросы, которые не относятся к проживанию в отеле. Говорит, что бронирование на 2-х человек оформлено на сына( это не так).При этом паспорт сына не смотрит. Но продолжает допрос о возрасте. После того, как сын говорит ей, что ему 25 и он живёт и учится в Германии, девушка отвечает что беспокоится, т.к. часто торгуют детьми и должна быть начеку. Сотрудница даже не извинилась. Чек-ин продолжался минут 15.
Итог. Нас заселили. Паспорт смотрели только мой. Больше в этом отеле я останавливаться не буду. Есть и другие отели.

Gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Lage sehr gut nahe Hauptbahnhof. Frühstück vielfältig. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Alles sauber. Personal hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel war hörbar.
