Pros:

L'emplacement, la terrasse.

Cons:

Les images du site trompeuses: pas d'arches ou de cachet comme montré sur le site), La configuration de l'appartement ( une des chambres est aussi la salle à manger, il faut traverser la chambre pour accéder aux WC et salle d'eau). La cuisine est très peu équipée, les plombs sautent,, la porte du four bute contre le frigo, deux verres à pied seulement. Le tri est demandé mais les poubelles correspondantes ne sont pas fournies.

Una sorpresa no muy agradable

La ubicación , muy cerca de la catedral y de restaurantes.

Cons:

Tercer piso sin ascensor, no funcionaba la luz de la cocina .No había ropa de abrigo para las camas y hacía frío. Cocina poco equipada, sin microondas, ni tostadora..Nos sorprendió mucho entrar en el apartamento y encontrar una estancia que pretendía ser dormitorio y comedor con una lámpara de 7 bombillas que solo tenía 3.

Not really pleasant.
Pros:

The location was good.Right in the antique city.The bed ,pillow inconfortable.To go to the bathroom we had to go true and other bedroom.It said Beach front and it not.The ac was in one room and could not reach the other bedroom,
It was really hot in the other bedroom. The room was in the 3 0r 4 floor and it was not mention.(my husband as knee problem . We paid for 3 night and left after two.Paola that responded to us was really argumentative instead of being understandable.She did offer us a bigger room on the first floor.Nicer room and bigger but the 2 bedroom was on the second floor with no close door and the bathroom was again in the other bedroom.

Pros:

La cordialità e gentilezza della signora che ci ha ospitate .

Cons:

La casa presentava diverse criticità che non hanno creato un buon biglietto da visita a fronte dell' ingente spesa investita.
Più di 600 euro per 6 notti. La signora ci ha detto, all' arrivo, che il supplemento per ciascun cagnolino ( 2 piccole volpine da 3 kg l una) era di 30 euro. Totale 60 in più ( prezzo che non hanno neppure in Trentino Alto Adige presso strutture di altissimo livello per pulizia e impeccabilita').
In ogni caso , ci ha fatto la concessione dello " sconto" dicendo che avrebbe ammortizzato con la tassa di soggiorno e dunque abbiamo pagato 35 euro invece di 60 , come supplemento cagnoline che in realtà era la tassa di soggiorno (? )
Ma poi abbiamo scoperto che la tassa di soggiorno era inclusa nel prezzo che avevo pagato su booking .
⏩ Informazioni confondenti , tirate su un po' con motivazioni farlocche visto che la tassa di soggiorno era già inclusa nel salasso pagato a booking.
📌Casa in contesto apprezzabile ma molto vecchia e senza manutenzione adeguata né rispetto basico delle norme igieniche :
- 2 porte ( quella d ingresso e quella della camera da letto) si aprivano fino a 30 gradi, poi si bloccavano e dovevi spingere con forza perché si aprissero a rischio di farsi male
- All arrivo abbiamo trovato il pavimento della cucina mezzo allagato e non capivamo cosa fosse. Abbiamo dovuto mettere una grossa asciugamano per terra , sembrava la casa del profughi
- Stoviglie sporche ( 1 tazzina con il rossetto sui bordi, una pentola sporca, una padella antiaderente usurata e tossica nel suo potenziale utilizzo)
- Assenza di un frigorifero decente con il frizer funzionante ( non abbiamo potuto cucinare nulla perché i surgelati non avrebbero tenuto e le stoviglie erano sporche e a noi faceva schifo usarle )
- Bagno pieno di muffa e funghi negli angoli e persino nel piatto doccia dove non ti puoi fare una doccia Senza temere di contrarre un fungo sotto i piedi .

Alles is verouderd, schimmel in de badkamer, douchekop kan niet meer opgehangen, bed kraakt en is doorgezakt. Appartement is nodig aan een opknapbeurt toe.

La posizione e lo staff

L appartamento accettabile. Pulito ma … non carino.
Comunque noi andavamo solo a dormire alla sera x cui a noi è bastato. Ma se devo pensare a una coppia che usufruisca anche della cucina … tutto molto buio xke si trova al piano terra e le finestre danno … su muri esterni ; il bagno molto datato e molto molto basico. Diciamo che la posizione è il motivo della prenotazione. Quella impareggiabile.
