We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was incredibly calm and quiet, making it the perfect peaceful getaway.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We were greeted with a beautiful welcome ceremony that included a blessing with holy water, a bracelet, and a refreshing welcome drink, which made us feel so special.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily to a high standard. One of our favourite parts of the stay was waking up to see monkeys in the distance, as the hotel is located opposite the Monkey Forest. The pool overlooking the forest was absolutely stunning and such a relaxing place to unwind.

The sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic additions, and we also treated ourselves to massages at the hotel spa, which were perfect and left us feeling completely relaxed.

The food was another highlight—there was an excellent selection of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We loved every second of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Fantastische en rustige plek buiten Ubud. Je hebt echt het gevoel dat je in de jungle zit. Wij verbleven aan de rivier in de villa’s en die zijn top.

Personeel is fantastisch op alle fronten. Eten ook top.

- El hotel es un autétnico oasis de paz y tranquilidad
- Tiene muy pocas habitaciones, por lo que no hay nada de aglomeraciones y para todos los servicios (piscina, jacuzzi, sala de yoga, restaurantes...) estas practicamente solo y sin tener que esperar
- La cama no podía ser más grande y cómoda
- La habitación estaba decorada con todo lujo de detalles, con mucho cariño y espero, y por supuesto, limpísimo
- El personal es muy amable, siempre disponible, y ayudándote en todo lo que pueden
- El servicio de habitaciones es de muchísima calidad y el precio es fantástico
- Después de todo, encima el precio es de lo más competitivo, es difícil de creer cuando lo conviertes a tu moneda. La experiencia en Europa sería de un super lujo que muchos no nos podríamos permitir

Breakfast was very good and staff were excellent.

The property was located in a very quite spot by the main stretch of ubud, allowing for uninterrupted views to the green valley while a short ride to the restaurants of ubud.
Rooms were very spacious with large balconies and the property has amazingly lush gardens.

Todo. Nuestra primera parada en Indonesia fue increíble, todo estaba perfecto, limpio y cómodo. Sin duda repetiríamos. Gracias a cada uno de los trabajadores que hicieron de nuestra estancia simplemente perfecta!

We had the most amazing stay here. Firstly, the setting of the resort is out of this world - we could not start the day without our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking lush greenery, occasionally spotting a monkey across the gorge. Secondly, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and very professional. The rooms were comfortable with everything one may need. The breakfast was delicious, with some options to choose from. We even had a lunch and supper at the resort once, and we were very happy with our meals. We also booked an aromatherapy massage and enjoyed it thoroughly. If we ever came to Bali again, we would definitely return to The Kayuan Lumbur! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained property with extremely friendly staff. The pool was amazing, the food was very good, and it was a great spot for massages and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided, and the entire stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
