False charge, lousy breakfast, clean room.

The room was clean The facility was decent. Staff seemed friendly.
Location worked.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. The only eggs were cold hardboiled eggs that had gone part green inside. We got multiple false promises of hot breakfast options for our 2nd and then last morning, only for that to fall through with "maybe in the future". We paid in full by 3rd party before arrival. Nonetheless, the receptionist charged my credit card the full amount on arrival - paid double! She let us know it was a mistake, but her remedy was to tell the 3rd party booking agent to refund rather than the hotel refunding. The 3rd party booking agent acquiesced, but we noticed the hotel charged $10 more and refused to provide an invoice claiming it was booked through a 3rd party (despite the fact that they essentially canceled that and charged what they wanted.)

Clean, enjoyable, and hidden gem.
Pros:

Nicely decorated and very clean. The cleanliness was a high priority for me and it didn’t disappoint. Ample local establishments to grab food from. I would recommend and revisit on my return to the Sugarland area.

Cons:

I am hard pressed to come up with a dislike.

Everyone was so nice , going out their way to please us with the A/C -Noe. And replacing our microwave - Michael.

Cons:

Just the room not being constantly cold. Breakfast could have been better.
