Very bad experience with fab hotels as they cheated me i booked by trusting on booking.com but cheat

I have Booked 3 rooms in this hotel for my father in law and mother in law and there friends, I have also paid advance payment of 1220 rupees but they cheated me

They deny my booking and said you should never pay in advance to hotels since it was booked by booking.com i trusted because I have good experience with booking.com as you can check I have booked many time .
But this time I am very disappointed
