Bed too firm
Pros:

Offered free bicycles to use which we did take advantage of. Available coffee, all day and tea.
Fresh linens delivered. Close to 7-eleven.

Cons:

I personally found the bed too firm and too small for 2 adults.

Pros:

We stayed for two nights and ran into three different shifts of staff.
All of them are friendly,especially the gentleman on 18th evening and the lady on 19th night.
The location is perfect ,not even close to station but also have smooth road towards it.(friendly for big luggage)

Pros:

我們住三晚，櫃檯服務好，寄放行李，借用器物都很樂意。
本以為房間空間像市區商務旅館，除了床和廁所就沒有空間，結果還可以，有兩張桌子，床邊走道可打開行李箱，也有一些空間可放置直立行李箱。
很乾淨，廁所淋浴間是分開兩間，使用免治馬桶。
我們沒有要求清潔房間，但晚上回到房間，門外都有袋子掛著當天乾淨新浴巾毛巾。
早上一樓提供新鮮牛奶和榖片。有自動研磨式動咖啡機，咖啡真的太好喝了，感覺老闆是有品味大方的人。
雖然3月下旬入住，櫻花還沒開，幸運的是旅館外面一排辛夷花滿開，有白色和白紫色，沒有葉子的枝椏，開滿大大朵花瓣向上的白色紫色辛夷花，美極了。
地點離榮走路10分鐘，很好逛。

Pros:

全部都滿意。離綠洲21很近，榮商圈逛街都在徒步範圍。工作人員很熱心助人，非常感謝他們！ 樓下提供免費咖啡隨時續命，旁邊還有冰塊，早上有麥片和牛奶。
房間比想像中大且舒適，剛開始很擔心有些評論的風聲問題，但我們住雙床房沒有遇到，是會有風從門縫進來，但日本冬天都開暖氣，有點風進來換氣反而覺得蠻舒服的。
第一次搭地鐵抵達時有點迷路，後來發現跟著地鐵站bus terminal的標誌，就會走到oasis。從樓下廣場的大創旁邊電梯上去，接著往NHK大樓的天橋再搭電梯下到地面，過馬路斜對面就是飯店了。

Pros:

Clean, great location. Not walking distance to station but right by central park so saw area may not have seen had I not stayed there. Lots of usb charging ports in room

We stayed for a short time, but really loved the experience. Would definitely recommend and come back :)

立地と値段とサービスから考えたら素晴らしい。
Pros:

荷物を預ってもらえたこと。
自転車を無料でレンタルさせてもらえたこと。（チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も）
何人も対応してもらったが受付が非常に丁寧。気付かなかった忘れ物もわざわざ電話してくれた。
コーヒーのフリードリンク。朝のグラノーラは食べ忘れたが。

Cons:

外の部屋（上の部屋？）の水音が結構大きく聞こえたのは不満。
