The location was excellent and the flat was lovely
The toilet had very poor flush pressure. Not provided with basic cleaning materials. 5 day stay and got two coffee pods,two tea bags and two toilet rolls for two adults
Ottima la posizione, vicinissima alla metro CHANCERY LANE (Central Line) e alle fermate degli autobus. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano supermarket, ristoranti, bar. Appartamento ben attrezzato e spazioso. Perfetto per un soggiorno con la famiglia ( 2 adulti + 2 ragazzi). Abbiamo scelto la sistemazione con 2 camere e 2 bagni. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto, buona la pulizia. Zona tranquilla e sicura. Se torniamo a Londra riconsideriamo di tornare qua 😊
Location, quality of apartment, cleanliness, responsive staff.
A lot of confusion over bed size. Advert stated large king size which I double checked with Aeria. Then my confirmation email stated queen bed. When I rechecked website it had changed to ´full bed’. I queried this with Grays in and they stated it was standard king size- which it is. I was expecting a superking as it was advertised as large king. All very mis leading and un-necessary.

The cooktop was broken when we arrived. I notified the property thursday 6pm. Saturday night they said it was fixed. But it wasn't. We spent a lot of money buiyng food, that we intend to Cook.
The bed is so low, so if you have any ortopedic problems, don't book there.
The property gives 2 (two) soaps for dishwasher and 1 toilet paper per bathroom, even if your family booked 4 nights.
A horrible place to stay.

Mükemmel Konumdaydı. Tertemizdi. 50 m. mesafede Cancery Lane Subway'i var. 2 ayrı oda ile 2 ayrı büyük banyo ve kaliteli malzeme ile yapılmışlar. Yataklar büyük biz her odada 1 kişi kaldık. Mutfak ve Banyo eşyaları full equipment. Cadde meşe ağaçları ile dolu ve çok güzel odalar aşırı sessiz, arka balkon rahat ve keyifliydi.
Yataklar yumuşak ve hafif içine çöküyordu. Derhal değişmesi gerekiyor. Bir kağıt havlu ile tuz-karabiber olsa süper olurdu. Su ve kahve için tesekkür ederiz. Wi-fi hızlı değil am iş görüyor.

Here are all the pros:
Location:
My daughters and I loved the Central London location. It is a few minutes' walk from the British Museum and Covent Garden market to the west the City are about a twenty-minute walk to the east, and a few stops south of the Kings Cross and St Pancras Intl stations via the underground. There were plenty of food options; M&S Food, Tesco, Mc Donalds, Pret-a-Manger, Costa Coffee and Starbucks Coffee are nearby. The area is well served by London underground Central Line's Chauncery Lane station that is a little less than a 3-minute walk away. However, that location does not have lifts. I recommend if you're taking heavy luggage to take the Farringdon station on the Elizabeth line that is served with lifts.
Cleanliness:
We inspected our linen, the bedding, the bathrooms and kitchen and were well pleased with the apartment's cleanliness.
Amenities:
We stayed in the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse. The larger of two bathrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The other bathroom holds the washing machine / dryer. The place has a relatively modern kitchen with a generous refrigerator and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge and the dining room, and beyond them, is the sizable terrace. Each bedroom and the lounge/dining room has a dedicated air conditioning climate zone.
Spacious:
This apartment was bright and capacious occupying one half of the 5th floor with the lounge facing the street side and the bedrooms facing the courtyard side. The photos really don't do it justice.
Quiet:
Although the building is in central London, and even though it is served by a bus line, the penthouse apartment was relatively quiet and inoculated from noise coming from the street.
Just a few minor issues.
Better communication needed:
We were able to pay for early check-in. This is the first time I've ever had to pay for early check-in. I understand that part of this is because of the cleaning staff. But still, at least an early check at 15.00 should be gratis.
Hours after we first arrived in the apartment and after I crashed in the bed, my daughter that someone from the management office entered the apartment to check if we were in. Since I sleep very soundly, I had no idea this happened until after I had awoken. Since my daughters were not alarmed, then I wasn't terribly distressed however I wasn't well pleased.
