Everything was perfect
Perfect place close to the city and helpful and gentle family
The guy help me with everything, make a tour for me to do bymyself and save money.
Scooter and bike available and the homestay.

Pros:

The owner is VERY enthusiastic, he told us which place to visit, where to eat, and he isn't selling anything like tickets/trips/etc to tourism destinations. He also supports our family's need (keys, open the locked door at 6am for our MUA,...). When we left he eventually wait till he cant see us no more (he waited at the door). This place also welcome pet and have place to park for motorbike/car.

Cons:

The room we stayed only have one LED light, so it's quite dark inside.

Famille tres sympathique, disponible quand on a besoin de quelque chose. Arrangeante, ils m'ont laissé prendre une douche le soir avàt de prendre mon bus alors que j'avais rendu les clefs le matin ! Merci à Tommy !!

Nette Leute, aber ausbaufähig!
Pros:

Der Inhaber Quang war nett, seine Eltern waren auch wirklich lieb und hilfsbereit.
Wifi ist gut, das Frühstück (Wahl zwischen Pancake und Bahn mi) ist in Ordnung. Klimaanlage funktioniert sowohl warm, als auch kalt. Es ist nicht ganz zentral in Tam Coc, jedoch zu Fuß (30min) oder mit dem Rad (5-10min) gut zu erreichen. Roller (fairer Preis) und Fahrräder (teuer, 50k pro Rad, pro Tag) kann man ausleihen.

Cons:

Wir haben extra einen Familienbungalow gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten im ersten Stock, das leider auch modrig und feucht roch. Zudem war unser Zimmer nicht gut geputzt, unter einem Bett lag ein leerer, benutzter Becher und ein Besen. Auch das Bad war nur "okay", Handseife gab es auf Nachfrage.
Wasser gab es garnicht gratis (10k pro Flasche),
