Nma book đc chiếc home này giá cả cực oke, home k gần trung tâm nhưng gần tam cốc bích động nên cũng oke, anh chủ home và 2 bác đều nhiệt tình, cho tụi mình checkin sớm, lấy đá trong tủ lạnh mượn bát đũa thoải mái. 10h đêm bọn mình báo hết xăng giữa đường anh chủ home cũng ra cứu. L' host è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile a consigliarti cosa vedere e cosa fare. Mette a disposizione biciclette o scooter e dalla sua homestay si arriva dappertutto in poco tempo. Semplice, ma ottima colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr gastfreundlichem Host
Pros:

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns gute Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend gegeben und uns sogar einen Rabattcode für den Eintritt in den Vogelpark geschenkt.
Das Zimmer ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist ebenerdig, sodass wir als Familie mit Kindern und viel Gepäck keine Treppen steigen müssen.
Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Es gibt viele Fahrräder, die man ausleihen und damit in die Stadt fahren kann.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr schlicht. Ein paar zusätzliche Sachen wie Obst oder Gemüse wäre schön.

Very personal, great recommendations and good quality bikes (they make a difference)!
Pros:

Quang was really flexible and accommodating to help us with our plans. We booked last minute and stayed in two really nice rooms. The family is so lovely and made us a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early one morning.

Quang also had really good recommendations for short cuts, attractions and local places. When we first arrived, he very kindly sat down with us to show us a map of the area and make a plan. He also helped us work out how much things would cost and what to expect at different locations.

Follow his recommendations, use the bicycles (really good quality) and you'll have a great trip!

You need to stay here if you’re visiting Ninh Binh! The host, Quang, suggested a good itinerary with a map of things to do in Ninh Binh. He speaks excellent english. He helped us organize our bus to Cat Ba and even organized our boat tour to Lan Ha Bay (for a good price), which was a BIG convenience for us!! All we had to do was relax and enjoy our stay because everything was taken care for. More blessings to you Quang, to your family, and to your business, you deserve it.
Excellent breakfast options too and amazing coffee!

Pros:

It is a wonderful family-run homestay. We felt so welcomed and were shown so much kindness. The homestay is in a very convenient location, we were able to ride bicycles almost everywhere (you can rent bicycles for a very good price from the homestay). We also got breakfast during our stay which was very delicious and included fruit freshly grown from their garden. Thank you to your family for great hospitality ☺️

Host is extremely nice. He woke up to let us in at 4am and then let us stay until our sleeper bus in the evening. Very good location, clean big rooms and great value I definitely recommend.
