Pros:

It was not so far from mg road.

Cons:

Rooms were filled with bad smells.. even the room spray was not working on that smell. The mattress was restless. Tv was not working.

Pros:

location was good right very near to the mall road at walking distance value for money in location and staff and owner were also good.Food was also good.

Cons:

size of the room was small and bedsheets,quilts were not clean,hygiene of the bed was poor rest all were ok.

Cons:

Behaviour of staff and reception team were very bad and disappointing.
We were treated as an intruder.

Only the location was near to MG marg. That too we hald to walk its not like it was too close...

Cons:

No room service. Rooms were never cleaned, linen were not changed for the whole stay not even towel. Washroom was also not cleaned for the whole stay. Top floor people should atleast get room service after paying so much amount

From behaviour to room.everything was just ridiculous!!!!

Family Room which I booked they did not gave me
One of the most bad experiences I had with this hotel. Every where in the room cockroach are roaming.
In the reception desk one aged beared I think he is a manager and also he is from kolkata talk too much do not even know how to deal with the client
His each and every words were rough and too much talkative!!
It seems like we did the mistake by booking this hotel from booking.com



I would like to cocern this to higher authority as well as to the booking.com please look after this matter so that Iin near future anymore tourist face the same problem like me
My whole trip was spoiled after staying in this hotel.as well as my 4000rs for two room in this hotel just went into the water..
