Bad
Pros:

Do not stay here. It's very loud all day and night. Small towels. No grocery stores. No ATM. You will listen to chickens and music all day and night. People talking outside your door at night time. The neighbors have no consideration for the elderly that need to sleep. Fireworks that scare the horses next door. The only good thing is the owners are nice. It's the rest of the neighborhood that are rude to the hotel,animals,and the elderly. I thought the Mexican youth would be raised with good manners but that's not the case in Mexico.

Very good, affordable hotel
Pros:

It's far from the Malecon but if you're looking for a straightforward, affordable hotel, look no further. I stayed there recently with my wife and found it comfortable and relaxing.
My suggestion for the admins of the hotel:
1) bedsheets can be softer, more comfortable to use.
2) leave 1 or 2 plastic cups in the bathroom so that guests can use them to wash their teeth properly.
3) provide a duvet or thicker sheets for cold nights for your customers.
