We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Abdulloh, the exceptional receptionist at Marwa Hotel.
Even on his day off, he generously offered to guide us through the city, free of charge.
He was incredibly kind, efficient, and made our arrival in Uzbekistan unforgettable.
Without Abdulloh, our first moments in Uzbekistan would not have been the same. Thanks to him, we explored the city with comfort and joy.

Мы не пожалели что остановились в этом отеле!
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение. Много достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. Много точек где можно вкусно покушать.

Cons:

В отеле персонал очень дружелюбный. Номера чистые и каждый день убирали и меняли пастельное белье. Есть комната со стиральной и сушильной машиной. Гладильные принадлежности.

Genel olarak imkânları ve oda genişliğiyle beklentileri karşılayan bir tesis. Özellikle kahvaltısı, sunduğu çeşitlilik ve kaliteyle ortalamanın üzerinde! Güne güzel başlamak isteyenler için tatmin edici bir kahvaltısı var. Otelin en büyük avantajlarından biri eğer araç kiraladıysanız hemen yanında yer alan 6-7 araçlık ücretsiz otopark alanı. Otelin sunduğu imkânlar arasında önceden bildirmek kaydıyla 1 saat boyunca ücretsiz kullanabileceğiniz sauna mevcut, bu da günün yorgunluğunu atmak için güzel bir detay. Otelin huzurlu ve aile odaklı bir atmosferi olduğunu da belirtmek isterim. Gece eğlencelerine, odalarda alkol tüketimine ve odalara misafir kabulüne izin verilmiyor. Bu durum, otelin genel sakinliğini ve güvenliğini pekiştiriyor.

Cons:

Hizmet tarafında ise resepsiyon personeli son derece saygılı ve nezaketli bir tutum sergiliyor. Ancak çözüm odaklılık ve operasyonel pratiklik konusunda biraz daha geliştirilmeleri gerektiğini söyleyebilirim. Bazı taleplerin sonuçlanması beklenenden biraz daha vakit alabiliyor.

อยู่ใกล้Chorsu marketมากๆ พนักงานฟร้อนต์ใจดีมากๆ วันเช็คอินเราไม่มีเวลาใช้spa facilityเขาก็ช่วยปรับแผนให้ไปใช้ตอนวันที่เราเช็คเอาท์ได้ เราจึงได้ใช้ห้องอาบน้ำส่วนตัวก่อนเราไปสนามบิน ขอบคุณมากๆๆๆๆ ห้องสะอาด ชุดคลุมอาบน้ำใส่สบายมาก

-ไม่ใช่ว่าไม่ชอบ แต่เป็นข้อเสนอแนะ เราอยากให้มีการวางกล่องทิปไว้หน้าฟร้อนต์แบบในประเทศอื่นๆ เพราะพนักงานดีมากๆจนอยากให้ทิป แต่เราไม่เห็นมีกล่องทิป แขกจากบางประเทศจะกระอักกระอ่วนและไม่คุ้นชินหากจะให้ใส่มือพนักงาน ถ้ามีวางไว้ เวลาแขกพอใจการบริการจะได้ใส่ทิปได้อย่างสบายใจ

La magia dell'oriente che incontra l'occidente
Pros:

Siamo stati in questo hotel una sola notte ma ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere. Hotel molto nuovo, accogliente, con camere super e uno staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. La colazione è abbondantissima e varia, dolce e salato con tante bontà Uzbeke. La posizione è centralissima, a 500 metri dal grande mercato di Tashkent e 800 dalla fermata metro che vi consigliamo di visitare. Hotel super consigliato!

Geweldig!
Pros:

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is erg lekker, je kunt zowel binnen al buiten ontbijten.
Het lag goed, de koffie op de kamer vond ik erg lekker. De airco op de kamer was goed en stil. De locatie is top, je kunt te voet naar diverse bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Eigenlijk maar als ik dat wat moet zeggen dan vond ik de waterdruk in de douche wat laag en de temperatuur van de douche is wat slecht te regelen. Ook de voegen in de douche zelf mogen beter schoongemaakt.
