Extremely Disappointed
Pros:

Swimming Pool and Kitchen, View and Location.

Cons:

No Reception Staff to report any issues. No Wifi, No House Keeping, Chargeable for extra Toiletries, extra Towels. Shower was broken. No Bell Boy. Upon Checkout, no staff at Reception.

Kein Kundenservice, schlechte Behandlung, ekelhafte und Drekige Pools und schaut ganz alt und anders aus. Nicht wie auf

Alles was Mann braucht, war in der Nähe

Cons:

Von Anfang an alles. Kein Service. Kein Problem Lösung nur rein abzocke. Anstatt 3 Zimmer (80K2) die ich gebucht habe trotz billigere Variante habe ich 1+1 ca 50 k2 bekommen für die 5 Köpfige Familie. Angeblich haben die keine Zimmer mehr. Anfang an habe ich Problem gemeldet und ich war 10 Tage dort, der Manager hat sich nicht 1 mal bei uns gemeldet.

Minden nap felhozták a szobába a reggelit! Reggelinek bőségesen megfelelt! Este láttuk, hogy a medencének teljesen porszívózták az alját!
A hölgy, aki kapcsolatot tartott velünk, Gül, ha jól értettem, ☆5 értékelést érdemel!
Külön megkérdezte, hogy mikorra kérjük a reggelit! Nagyon figyelmes volt!😊

Cons:

A welness részleg nem igazán volt elérhető! A medencék felújítás alatt voltak. Egy medence volt elérhető, tiszta rendezett, friss vizű, de kis gyermekek számára nem volt gyermekmedence, csúzda.
A napozó ágyak kevesebb darabszámban voltak elérhetők, mint a vendégek létszáma!

Overall good. Local shops expensive in euros need to go a bit far
Pros:

Nice clean ,good location but tourist location things are very expensive around, specially food shops, local kebab shops charge us double the prices. Lots of bargaining needed.

Cons:

Poor communications, no internet first day, outside pool closed for repairs & seasonal.
Won’t open till may.
Indoors water too cold & no lifeguard.
Spa staff greedy charge too much.

Pros:

Het hotel is erg mooi en nieuw zwembad is fijn en groot. Fijn verblijf gehad en de locatie was perfect!

Cons:

Wat lastiger om vragen te stellen aan personeel maar dit was geen groot probleem

номер был хороший, просторный и было все необходимое

Cons:

Были в отеле с 1 января по 8 января. Отель пустой. Это вообще не отель, апартаменты. До моря идти минут 15. Хотя пишут, что первая линия. Очень не удобно. СПА и бассейн грязные , неухоженные, всюду грязь. Всё запущенно. Нет хозяина. Персонал в СПА неприветливый. Открывали сауну поздно. Сервиса никакого. Кафе, где должны проходить завтраки, не работало. Приносили что-то скудное, вроде завтрака в номер. По приезду никто нас не встретил, на рецепшн никого не было. Дверь в номер - замок был сломан. Однажды 15 минут не могли выйти из номера. До менеджера дозвониться было не возможно. Короче, сервиса никакого. Информация, которую отель даёт на Booking не достоверная. Многого из того, что написано и обещано, не было. Были там два раза- первый и последний.
