Pros:

Het hotel is erg mooi en nieuw zwembad is fijn en groot. Fijn verblijf gehad en de locatie was perfect!

Cons:

Wat lastiger om vragen te stellen aan personeel maar dit was geen groot probleem

Были в отеле с 1 января по 8 января. Отель пустой. Это вообще не отель, апартаменты. До моря идти минут 15. Хотя пишут, что первая линия. Очень не удобно. СПА и бассейн грязные , неухоженные, всюду грязь. Всё запущенно. Нет хозяина. Персонал в СПА неприветливый. Открывали сауну поздно. Сервиса никакого. Кафе, где должны проходить завтраки, не работало. Приносили что-то скудное, вроде завтрака в номер. По приезду никто нас не встретил, на рецепшн никого не было. Дверь в номер - замок был сломан. Однажды 15 минут не могли выйти из номера. До менеджера дозвониться было не возможно. Короче, сервиса никакого. Информация, которую отель даёт на Booking не достоверная. Многого из того, что написано и обещано, не было. Были там два раза- первый и последний.

Quelques équipements comme machine à laver fer à repasser aspirateur qui facilite le quotidien . Salle de sport disponible 24/7

Cons:

Personnel inexistant! Piscine intérieur pas disponible. Toboggan pas fonctionnel! Clim hs! Bouilloire qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 10 . Pas de changement de serviette ni de réassort en sac poubelle ou papier toilette. Résidence fantôme

I wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The apartment was clean and the WiFi was fast

Cons:

When I first arrived at the hotel, there was no one at reception. I didn’t think much of it but this became a repeat issue. The staff are NEVER at reception so if you need anything, they are not there. This became increasingly frustrating and annoying considering price paid. I also had many issues with my keycard and again this wasn’t solved promptly because there is NO ONE at reception! You have to contact them via booking.com or WhatsApp and hope for the best. For these reasons I would never stay there again

The property is huge and no staff, the staff are rude apart from one lady who wanted to help.
There was literally no one at the reception, they don’t speak English they cannot communicate.

The breakfast staff were always miserable, he was always annoyed if we asked him to make breakfast, he would make my dad omelet one day and then demand money the next day.

The breakfast was disgusting and terrible the same thing again and again. You have to pay for a high chair for a baby.

You basically have to pay for everything.

You have to pay €20 to get your room cleaned, you have to beg for toilet roll.

I can’t believe how terrible our stay was. We can even ask the hotel staff to call taxi or guide us.

Cons:

The staff was the most terrible, no manners, no attention towards service of customers. The apartments are nice and big.

Гарні апартаменти не далеко від аеропорту і пляжу.
Pros:

Дуже просторі апартаменти з свіжим сучасним ремонтом, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування

Cons:

Гарне розташування комплексу до пляжу 10 хв. Пішки, поряд є супермаркет. В самому комплексі є спа яке входить у вартість та басейн.

Nagyon tágas szép. Családoknak is szuper. Viszont aki busy helyet keres programokkal a gyerekeknek ez nem erre való . Ez egy rezidencia .

Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
Pros:

Super Anlage mit einem guten Pool vor der Anlage ,super viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür und direkte Busverbindung direkt vor der Tür( Bus Linie LC07 )fährt direkt nach Lara zur Terra City Mall oder nach Antalya für nur 37 Lira pro Person pro Strecke. Entfernung vom Flughafen zur Anlage nicht einmal 20 Minuten top Lage. Deutschsprachiger Ansprechpartner, vor Ort sehr nett. Danke noch mal für den schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
