COMPLICATED DURING CHECK OUT THE ROOM, OUR FAULT BECAUSE NOT KEEP THE DEPOSIT RECEIPT. BUT STAFF SAID NO DEPOSIT ON THE SYTEM. AND ASK TO CALL MANGER THE NEXT DAY. ONCE CALL MANAGER NOT THERE. AND ASK TO COME COLLECT DEPOSIT WALK IN. ( AFTER SHOW THE BOOKING ID). WHY THAT NIGHT NOT USE THE SAME PROSEDUR WHEN THE RECEIPT IS GONE. IF U CAN TRANFER IS OKAY..BUT THEY ASK SOMEONCE TO COLELCT DEPOSIT WALK IN- THE ISSUE IS THE PERSON NOT IN SELANGOR ANYMORE. ALSO GOT BAD RESPON FROM THE RECEPTIONIST.
