四度目の宿泊。
プールやジムがあるのが良い。隣のモールが便利。

Cons:

①初めにチェックインした部屋27階について、上の部屋なのか隣の部屋なのか不明だが毎日深夜0:30から4:00に、鳴り響くものすごい騒音。眠れない。
フロントで部屋の交換を頼んだが，騒音の件を信じてもらえなかった。その後、騒音を起こしてる人がチェックアウトする事を祈りながら四日間は、別のホテルを予約してまで泊まった。
再びこのホテルに戻ったが、その日の晩も、騒音は続いた。どうやら住人のようだった。別のホテルへ逃げたが意味がなかった。
騒音のビデオまで撮って、二度目問い合わせたが変えられる部屋がないと言われた。
三度目問い合わせて我慢の限界、念を押して伝えたら女性スタッフは親切に聞いてくれた。すぐに交換してくれた。
チェンジ後の部屋、残念ながら13階にはタバコを吸う住人がいる。とても臭い。それと別に、猫を飼ってる部屋がある、猫の匂いと芳香剤の匂いが混ざって臭いが廊下に漂ってる。

②リネンが不潔
シーツの下のベッドパッドはシミだらけ。尿や、行為のシミが残ってる。シーツをめくれば分かる。爪や髪の毛，その他が沢山入ってます。汚い。
タオルも臭い、クリーニング済みのシーツでも、枕や布団は汗臭い。とにかく不潔。

※とにかく問題点が多すぎる。長期滞在のお客様をもう少し大切にして欲しい。せめて長期滞在のお客様を、ガーデンとは反対の部屋(ビル側)には泊まらせないでください。景観の悪さで、鬱になりそうです。

Location are near to mall n Convinience.

Cons:

Only 1 floor mat given for the entire apartment. Couldn't reach the PIC or receptionist before, during n after.
