The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I had plenty of space to relax.

Cons:

There were quite a few small cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing. The TV also couldn't be turned on easily throughout my stay.

I would also appreciate it if the room had a small dining table and a couple of chairs for added convenience.

I stayed in room Q-10-10, and unfortunately, the guests in the room above were extremely noisy throughout the night until the early morning. The constant stomping, running, and dragging of chairs made it very difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

I tried calling the reception several times to report the noise issue, but no one answered the phone. I hope the hotel can improve its response to guest concerns and address these issues to provide a better experience in the future.

The pool was small, not so nice and ive seen many guest not following the swimwear attire, especially the kid.
Please improve the lift , even have 5 lift , you will be suck if you stay at level 1/2 especially on checkout time 😌 it is very disappointing
