Cons:

Poorly maintained. Lack of support from staff. Owner or manager not involved in day to day functioning. Cabinet damaged. Toilet seat cover missing. Even my guest was injured as the shower fell on his hand. Thankfully booking.com stepped n did full refund as we were forced to leave within 3 hours of checking in.

حيث ان الصراصير والحشرات توجد بكثره

Near to haram 10 minutes or less by car and near to international convention center only 3 minutes

This is an excellent and very clean place to stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property is outstanding and truly impressive. Everything was neat, fresh, and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable.
The person at the reception welcomed me in a very warm and professional way, which made a great first impression. He was very helpful and kind throughout my stay.
He also arranged a very good and affordable private taxi for me from Madinah to Jeddah airport, which made my journey easy and stress-free.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

Cons:

not like:
The only issue I faced was that the hot water in the washroom was not working properly. Also, the TV was not functioning during my stay. I hope these small issues can be fixed to make the experience even better.
