Cons:

We arrived after a long journey, tired, with my 5 year old daughter. Dilapidated structure, area with strong sewage smell. But we couldn't wait to shower and rest, so I showed the reservation to the receptionist. There were people everywhere, a film crew was shooting a horror film, after hearing about it I thought it was a very appropriate location. To my amazement the receptionist told me that he couldn't offer me the same price as Booking.com, I had to pay a higher price, about 20% more plus leave a security deposit. It is a very isolated area, there are no bank branches nearby and I had to protest for an hour to get the room as I was missing 300 pesos (about 5 euros) to pay the full security deposit, a deposit which is absolutely not mentioned in the item " policy" of the property's profile on booking.com nor in the booking confirmation email. Finally arrived in the mini apartment... I didn't expect decent accommodation but not even so shabby, dirty accommodation, I found a cockroach in the bathroom and another one came out from under the bed, the shower with very little water pressure and leaks everywhere... .I'll stop here but I could continue with a dozen other negative aspects. It's not the first time I've slept in a RedDoorz chain facility but this one is light years away from the quality standards of other facilities. Terrible experience.
