Прекрасен хотел – истинско удоволствие!

Прекрасно място, което напълно надмина очакванията ни! Изключително чисто, уютно и поддържано, с внимание към всеки детайл. Персоналът е невероятно любезен, усмихнат и професионален, а обслужването е на отлично ниво.

Атмосферата е спокойна и приятна, стаите са комфортни, а всичко е направено така, че гостите да се чувстват специални. Прекарахме чудесно и със сигурност бихме се върнали отново!

Pros:

Нова, добре проектирана и изпълнена сграда. Хубав външен басейн, предлагаш добри условия за плуване и релакс. Просторен апартамент с всичко необходимо за престоя. Релаксиращия масаж беше наистина отпускащ.

Cons:

Като цяло, блок-маса менюто беше разнообразно, но имам малко забележки по отношение на овкусяването на различните ястия, но това се коригира лесно с наличните подправки.

An amazing experience
Pros:

An amazing experience! We absolutely loved the mineral pools. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the food was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Nicest spa in Bulgaria I’ve been to
Pros:

The nicest staff. The spa was huge and gorgeous. The food selection was vast and the food quality was brilliant.

Cons:

Some people were complaining for the sake of complaining. The place is absolutely lovely and the staff will make anyone feel very welcome

A avut o vacanță de vis care a inclus tratament, odihnă, plimbări prin parc și mâncare foarte bună!
Pros:

Totul la superlativ. Curățenie, personalul, amplasarea, centrul spa cu o mulțime de opțiuni pentru tratament. Mâncarea de nota 10, variată, gustoasă, produse de calitate. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni!

Cons:

Nu am nici un reproș, totul a fost foarte bine.
