Very spacious room. The hotel design has quite a retro aesthetic from the 1980s or 1990s. The bed was very comfortable. The gym is a bit dated but still good, usually quiet. Location of the hotel was central to most places in Qatar which was convenient. The staff at this hotel are the highlight of my stay; I had an excellent check-in experience with Zoie at reception who was able to accommodate my booking requests on such short notice. Hotel cafe also does matcha which was nice!
Unfortunately had a smoking room which was not ideal but I did not mind the smell. The TV channel lists are limited. Breakfast buffet could be expanded

The stay exceeded expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location was central, which made it very easy to get around. Ubers could be ordered easily, and the pick up point was directly outside the hotel. Cleaning staff were polite, and front of house staff were super friendly. I really liked the fact that Souq Waqif by uber was literally 5 minutes down the road. Would most definitely visit again.
It would help to have a fan in the bathroom, so stream can easily pass. Bathroom was getting very steamy.
