Una mala experiencia!

La gente de recepción nada atentos,el baño olia muy mal,los cuartos sin nada de atencion ,solo cada tercer dia,faltaban almohadas y ni siquiera nos dieron una mas,wn general una muy mala experiencia!!

Ubicación excelente, céntrica, en plena zona comercial y de cines
Pros:

La ubicación del apartamento es fantástica, está en pleno centro de Madrid. A los monumentos y edificios más importantes y emblemáticos de la ciudad, se puede ir incluso caminando. La estación de metro de Callao también queda junto al apartamento. Agradecimos mucho el frescor que aportaba el aire acondicionado al apartamento tras recorrer la ciudad con calor durante varias horas al día. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y atento. A destacar la gran ventaja que supuso el poder guardar las maletas tras salir del apartamento, lo cual nos permitió seguir disfrutando de la ciudad unas horas más, sin peso.

Cons:

Por mejorar aún más la estancia, hubiera estado bien un microondas en la cocina.

Normal and close to some tourist attractions and on the Gran Via
Pros:

The location was great close to buses and public transport, and on the main street with big attractions, otherwise public transport is close by and somewhat accessible. The front desk people are helpful and the 24/7 help makes early checkin/ check out nice. Also not far from the train station or the airport.

Cons:

Easier wifi access would be appreciated but is not a major issue, otherwise the stay was normal for a short stay, it would be nice if the kitchenette rooms had more instructions available to make use easier.
