Loved this place location was perfect. Staff were lovely & helpful when they were about. We will definitely be back!
Lovely room , good size , nice and clean , nice street , only thing I’d advice is not to take any foods etc as no storage to keep chilled food ,, like no fridge but not to worry as there is local cafe on the corner
Would of liked a fridge in the room to keep milk and drinks in with having a two year old , but not complaining as you got what you expected for the price

The room was spacious and bed was extremely comfortable.
We weren’t sure how to work the heater near the window, as weather was bad when we stayed we wanted it on to keep warm everything else was perfect
Great location , ideal having a second bedroom for the children
Was boiling hot the fan above the bed achieves absolutely nothing, the shelf above the bathroom sinks a nightmare too kept knocking things off it, kids banging their heads when brushing their teeth. It also made it harder to fill the kettle up. Strong smell of damp on the stairways and hallways. Beds really soft and can feel the springs. Check in could be earlier Iv worked in hotels at 4pm is quite late it meant we were walking around with our luggage for 4 hours
Room was well appointed with some little extras like USB points on bedside plugs that just added to overrall well thought out room.
My only disappointment was that the information to connect to the WiFi was in the "information pack" in the room but was clearly out of date. And as the phone service with the building was very poor this did make contact with a nunber if friends and family staying nearby very difficult
Been here the last 2 Christmases... comfortable and affordable stay, exceptionally clean and easy to get to. We will return again next year .
Nothing
The room was comfortable and had lovely furnishings, the television was easy to operate, and the room was absolutely spotless. The bed was comfy and had high quality pillows. It was a very comfortable stay overall.
The WiFi kept disconnecting randomly, which was extremely inconvenient. The bed was a little bit noisy at times. The room was a little on the small side, and there were signs of wear in the plastering behind one bank of plug sockets. The safe system to gain access to the room key was incredible awkward to operate, and was made more difficult by the downstairs lights being motion controlled.
Great location and very cozy rooms
The room was very clean and located close to where our event was being held.
The keypad on the front door is broken and we couldn’t open the door.
Thankfully our friends had already checked in and they opened the door for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved that the children's room was separate to the main bedroom. Both rooms were perfect and very clean. Huge TV which actually works with all streaming services. Bed was super comfortable too!
Outstanding communication, we had a very small issue which we flagged up via email and they responded straight away.
Although there is nobody there when checking in everything is so straight forward and we got into our room with ease. The location is perfect too!
We really enjoyed everything about this room and have been in touch to rebook for next summer! Highly recommend.

Convenient
Mattress could be better
Location is fantastic. We were lucky enough to be in room 1, although I would imagine stairs are a challenge with heavy luggage. Shower was good, bed comfortable abd room was spacious.
Bathroom a little on the small side
It was really nice, cosy room, clean bathroom.
All in all, it was very nice to stay.
I didn't realise the room was all the way 2 floors up as my friend has disability and struggled to get up and down.
Need one more bedside table in room 10 and a long length mirror.
Maybe get a door draft excluder for the bottom of the doors to stop them from rattling in the middle of the night.
