Good property and had everything we needed for our stay

Nice hotel in Blackpool
Pros:

A pleasant hotel, better value for money than other hotels in Blackpool. Recently renovated, modern and welcoming. Comfortable room, small but fully functional bathroom. Breakfast is not offered, but there is a kettle in the room for making tea and coffee. It's an unstaffed hotel, but that wasn't a problem for me.

Would use again and recommend
Pros:

Room was well appointed with some little extras like USB points on bedside plugs that just added to overrall well thought out room.

Cons:

My only disappointment was that the information to connect to the WiFi was in the "information pack" in the room but was clearly out of date. And as the phone service with the building was very poor this did make contact with a nunber if friends and family staying nearby very difficult

Highly recommend! Very clean & comfortable worth the money. Location is fantastic!!

Great location , ideal having a second bedroom for the children

Cons:

Was boiling hot the fan above the bed achieves absolutely nothing, the shelf above the bathroom sinks a nightmare too kept knocking things off it, kids banging their heads when brushing their teeth. It also made it harder to fill the kettle up. Strong smell of damp on the stairways and hallways. Beds really soft and can feel the springs. Check in could be earlier Iv worked in hotels at 4pm is quite late it meant we were walking around with our luggage for 4 hours

Cozy and comfortable
Pros:

The room was spacious and bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

We weren’t sure how to work the heater near the window, as weather was bad when we stayed we wanted it on to keep warm everything else was perfect

Pros:

Lovely room , good size , nice and clean , nice street , only thing I’d advice is not to take any foods etc as no storage to keep chilled food ,, like no fridge but not to worry as there is local cafe on the corner

Cons:

Would of liked a fridge in the room to keep milk and drinks in with having a two year old , but not complaining as you got what you expected for the price

Been here the last 2 Christmases... comfortable and affordable stay, exceptionally clean and easy to get to. We will return again next year .

Serviceable for the price if
Pros:

The room was comfortable and had lovely furnishings, the television was easy to operate, and the room was absolutely spotless. The bed was comfy and had high quality pillows. It was a very comfortable stay overall.

Cons:

The WiFi kept disconnecting randomly, which was extremely inconvenient. The bed was a little bit noisy at times. The room was a little on the small side, and there were signs of wear in the plastering behind one bank of plug sockets. The safe system to gain access to the room key was incredible awkward to operate, and was made more difficult by the downstairs lights being motion controlled.

Our room was quite small but very clean and adequate for a short stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean and located close to where our event was being held.

Cons:

The keypad on the front door is broken and we couldn’t open the door.
Thankfully our friends had already checked in and they opened the door for us.
